another video of a person doing something awesome...followed by useless comments from know-nothing jerks.... Do the people who talk crap expect everybody to be technically perfect??? Can you not allow for the actual progression of a persons skill? Or should K1 level striker be the only people able to post videos? To the uploader: I hope you're back training, because you have talent.
This chick will be bended at the first low kick.... Training with pads don't make your strong ! When get on the ring you won't fight vs. pads, you will fight versus a real opponent !
I was exhausted when giving those kicks... My very last round after not one but TWO 3-hour training sessions that day. I only had a month's worth of training under my belt as well... EVER. Anyway, haven't trained since... eager to though! :)
Also, you can drop the opposite arm... it's the arm closest to your opponent that you must keep up. They can't get to you on the OTHER side of your kick though...
You have no idea what you are talking about. When that kick is coming at your body, the last thing you are thinking about is throwing a punch. TRUST ME!
time and time again these so called thai fighters drop there right hand when throwing a round thai kick...your looking to get KO'ed Thai trainers know this too they just don't bother correcting you

lmao shadow, using the pads is better than sitting around typing comments on youtube.
