- It completely twists the original mythology plot

- the music... not in the mood for a "mythologic" hard rock music (if music does 50% of the movie, I already hate 50% of it)

- Like there was such a strong british accent in greek mythology (neutral people ?)

- Like people's talk and arrogance from the XXIth century were seen back then

- Like Perseus, son of Zeus, one of the greatest heros, could have brake downs

- Medusa is suppose to be ugly

@detrolleur Brother, Medusa was actually very pretty, pretty enough to make Poseidon go crazy. Yes there are other faults to this film, but all in all it was very good. At least it isn't as cheesy as other Mythology films, it's cheesy but not as much.

I watched the "Clash of the Titans" (finally) and I was a little bit confused. I know Perseus' story and I watched the original movie, but seeing this movie reconstructed my Greek mythology for a while. Majority of the story is so Hollywood-made, so far from the Greek mythology itself. It's more like a biblical story. Bottom line, if you don't know greek mythology, it's a good movie. less drags a lot of action pack "wowness" scenes. But if you do, it's like "HUWAAAAAT???!!"

Worthington was better in this movie then Avatar. He wasn't antimated and it was a good role. Plus, they got rid of Bipo, the owl, which I didn't like in the original, he/it was trying too cash in on the R2-D2 of Star Wars fame then. He was a comic element. I went and saw the matinae, in 3-D, which was cheaper in the afternoon. Comparing it too the original is like apples and oranges though. I give the movie an 8.

Director Louis Leterrier definately proved that he can revive a franchise by giving us The Incredible Hulk, but if the Percy Jackson movie was better than his take on Clash of the Titans, than this is a disgrace to the Greek Gods.

Besides the special effects Clash of the Titans had, it still couldn't bring you totally into the storyline and plot of the movie. It lacked charisma and Sam Worthington as the main character wasn't living up to his full character potential. He did a whole lot better in Avatar than in this one.
