Maybe when they have broken a few horses in they will know that only some horses can buck. And if they have the inclination they will buck. I have only had one buck but thats just luck. I invite all the natural horseman and their carrot sticks to break in 100 horses for the year and spend 5 hours a day on each horse and then see if your 90 dollar halter is the real key
