Where I live there isn't a single place to drag race in my state. Really people just need to use common sense and not completely suck at driving. That means no racing on busy streets in the middle of the day, and just be very cautious for other possible drivers. Whenever I race around here it's always at night on this 2 laned road that you can see way far down the road on and there's really no chance of any surprises. people are gonna street race no matter what, just be smart about it

I street raced I think 2 times against my friend from 40-100. It was on an empty 2 lane highway that was completely isolated and separated and didn't take long, but you know what I realized? That proving your car can go faster in a line is really dumb especially on public roads. It's just senseless and never a good idea. I'm not going to wait to wreck my beautiful (to me) car before I smarten up.
There is one thing that looks strange ,if you watch the part at 1:17 you see that car and he sais the driver was dead but i find it strange beceause the passengersite was hitten by that pale (wath ever it was) and not the drivers site xp

the answer is simple. race on the track. you can drag race at the strip or time trail with your street car with many groups. yet, there is safety there, fire dept there, medical there and no commuters to get in the way for you to kill.

Some how i highly doubt the legibilty of over 50% of these images as "street racing" crashes,they are mostly stock cars, not highly modded,or even on anything other than stock wheels. With the exception of the sports cars and 2 neon srt4s I doubt any of the people knew how to drive much less were "racers"

@zenk1style every car vehicle can be raced.... I am pretty sure that people did in fact race those cars. But anyways... People need to have chips installed on their cars to limit the cars speed and record everything especially teens... 7 Teens from my High School got into accidents due to racing... a few were unable to walk from then on and one passed away... teens have no common sense at all when driving and start to show off or race etc... they dont know the dangers etc

the answer is simple. race on the track. you can drag race at the strip or time trail with your street car with many groups. yet, there is safety there, fire dept there, medical there and no commuters to get in the way for you to kill.
the longer i race the less i feel the need to even drive fast on the street. just go to the track.

I bet the majority of these cars were driven by inexperienced operators who probably just got their licenses. I been driving for over 20 years and 5 of them are with 60,000 commercial vehicles. You cant just blame the kids themselves, blame the DMV for issuing licenses to anyone! Make the written and road tests alot harder.

well when i was 17 i bought a 240sx my brother had a mustang we started racing one night when out of know where my brothers car broke lose he flipped three times hit a guard rail and i got to him as fast as i could he died three hours later in the hospital as i stood beside him i still blame me i have never raced again i sold my car and will never race on the street again
