  • Amanda Knox said she arrived back at the cottage, found the front door wide open, no one home, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet, Did she call her boyfriend or flatmates or the police, or run to the nieghbours for help.NO she said she showered, dressed, dried her hair, went to her boyfriends, mopped his floor, had breakfast and mentioned what she had found. Does anyone really believe her story?

  • what a pair of mumbling stuttering fools, And as for the host feeling most sorry for AK parents, at least that soon to be very rich daughter who may well have been involved( yet released) is still Alive, her life will go on, what about the Kercher family, their beautiful daughter is DEAD!!!! How totally insensitive his comment was, poor Meredith, truth will come out one day. rest in peace English rose in the Creators arms now.....x

  • Patrick Lumumba stated recently that Amanda Knox is the WORLD'S GREATEST ACTRESS.

  • Fucking murdering whore

  • Oh my god this video is vomit triggering. Really?!? you are sorry for Amandas parents? What abou Merediths family? It must cost him a fortune? Someone has died do you really have to talk about money? Sick people.

  • No murder weapon? No motive? Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence (including DOZENS of DNA samples of skin hair, etc of Rudy!) of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them. RS & AK are innocent.

  • @c0uchp0tat0e1 all thier behavior(avidences confusions, amandas bloody fingertips prints) proves they at least WERE there during the murder. they didnt prevent it or called police therefore they took part in it , maybe in less extent than Rudy but still they are quilty

  • @QueenKsu Sorry, no. The court did not rule 'insufficient evidence', Judge Claudio Hellman ruled "Sollecito & Knox had NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS CRIME". Case closed.

  • @c0uchp0tat0e1 thats the court and the judge which was pressed by governments. Lets face a common sense. i have read a lot about this deal. Im 99% sure they at least were during the crime. Maybe they didnt kill or/and rape her themselves but they didn't stop it either, didnt call police. which proves they are AT LEAST accessories to the crime.

  • @ruide1966 I've enjoyed this yeah. Most of what I've learned of this case has been through this thread. I've been forced to look things up. But I have nothing to offer you to read now. But I will read that article. I'll do it now.

  • @ruide1966 "They should have thought of that while they were at Sollecitios house unaware of the killing". It they were unaware of the killing how could they think about their phones making them innocent? Haha. The point is that they WERE thinking of hiding something BY THE VERY ACT of turning their phones off. This shows your bias. I'll look into Frank Sfarzos site if I have time but I'm expecting to see emotional bias. I'll keep an open mind as long as I can.

  • @ruide1966 But I didn't compare the Manson murder trial to Knox's trial. I already explained that. Sollecito testified that when he was asleep Knox could have gone out and he wouldn't have known it. I already mentioned conspiracy. Fucking and cuddling someone you just met, far from the influence of home, parents, friends, familiar places is just the kind of environment that could make perverse acts MORE likely rather than less likely given a certain type of personality

  • @ruide1966 I haven't paid any attention to the whole affair until this week. The only thing I'd learned about Knox before that was that she learned to speak Italian which I thought was remarkable. On the other I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure you mean the European media or the Italian media. It's not a witch trial. In a witch trial you have accusations of evil spiritual worship. Here you have a dead body. In a witch trial if there is a dead body you have a murder trial. Not witch

  • @ruide1966 That may very well be. But maybe they didn't want their phones to pinpoint their whereabouts via GPS. It they were innocent it would have helped them to have the phones on. It should have been pursued much further

  • @ruide1966 I think it is strange also. Of course you can't draw conclusions from it if it hadn't been pursued. I made no speculation beyond the observation of it. A good lawyer would find out why they weren't concerned enough to be with the others. She had nothing to fear because she hadn't been charged. It's obvious Guede was a murderer. Not much else is obvious at all. Especially her innocence. The questioning by a good lawyer would have been interesting. And why were their cell phones off?

  • @ruide1966 Of course Manson was guilty based on the evidence but remember I only brought Manson up to point out to you that your logic was flawed in assuming Knox is innocent, ipso facto, if she was not there at the time of the murder. The cases are not congruous at all, just that you cannot conclude innocence if she was not present. Conspiracy disallows such a conclusion. Question. Why did the defendants remain in a remote part of the apartment when the dead girls locked door was kicked.....

  • .....down. While everyone else was there at the door waiting to see what was inside after her window had been broken and Sollecito having called in a burglary? Why wouldn't Knox be more concerned for her roommate than to be in a back room with Sollecito? Has that been discussed in court?

  • @ruide1966 There is one major difference. A 20th century jury. That is not puritan. And that's a big difference

  • @ruide1966 Ok let's hammer this point out. You are saying that they weren't in the room at all. Ok I'll give you that. It is still a logical fallacy to say "They were proven not to have been there therefore they are innocent" OK? Now I'll put this to you. Charles Manson was never there for the Lobianco or the Tate murders. Everyone agrees. But he is still in prison for the murders. This is not a parallel case but it shows that not being present does not equal innocence. It's not enough.....

  • @prrolg I'm still not satisfied with their cell phones being off all night even though I can imagine an innocent explanation for it. Where is the answer for that. And Amanda only knew Sollecito for 7 days before the murder. Why did she remain in a remote part of the apartment with him while the dead girls door was being kicked down. That was her roommate. They knew each other longer. Wasnt' she concerned to know what happened to her after a breakin? Her bond with Sollecito in so short a time...

  • ....bothers me. Everyone else in the apartment were waiting at the door to see what was going on as the door was kicked in. But the trial is about the guilt of the police and the prosecution now and saying their mistakes make her innocent. No they do not. We will see. And so many lawsuits back and forth muddy the whole thing even more. She may be set free just because of confusion and weariness of the case affecting the principles involved. Hardly justice for the dead girl.

  • @ruide1966 It is very possible that the grocer remembered the pale skin and striking blue eyes but that the employee remembered nothing. Remember the grocer observed her waiting outside the store when he opened up for the day and let her in. The employee was already working and ringing her up at the register might have been so routine that they just forgot it alltogether. And it was months later that the grocer came forward. I can't remember details on my job from a day 9 months ago either.

  • @ruide1966 How can there be no evidence of Knox even having been in her OWN BEDROOM? My understanding of Salem witch trials is that based loosely on Christian understanding of Satanic activity women were quickly sentenced and condemned to death. And burned. Knox isn't being condemned to death, the trial isn't quick (or fast tracked, she had the option. Witches didn't) and there is so much material to go over now that it's impossible to sort it all out. Very unlike the witch trials I say.....

  • ....You are becoming less convincing even if Knox is totally innocent

  • @ruide1966 Dude, it is not unusual for summation arguments even in the States for lawyers to do that. And defence lawyers try to suppress evidence. It's all about winning and the jury has to decide through all of this if she is guilty or not. The fact that they had their cell phones off all night and that people who knew the victim were crying and the two were laughing is suspect so you calling zilch and medievel superstition makes you look suspect. Admit you are biased in calling zilch.

  • @ruide1966 Knox lived there, that there is no trace of her in the room is impossible.

Police constant lying. Covers Knox lying

bogus DNA. There was no bogus DNA. What is bogus DNA?

Murder does not always have a motive in your sense of the word. Sometimes evil is it's own motive. You are hopelessly bias and unprofessional. That's why you are merely a Knox fan for some reason I cannot see.

  • @ruide1966 Wait a minute. The grocery owners testimony came long after the murder. Like a year or thereabouts. He testified that she was a very pale girl with striking blue eyes. That's believable. That he remembered a coat that she actually didn't wear but that he saw in a photograph is a detail that could have gotten confused in his mind after so long a time. That's the way the mind works sometimes. But the testimony about her face and eyes is still believable. Who else saw her at that time

  • ......You're not convincing that he was a fake witness. You are jumping to conclusions as far as I can see. You don't understand how murder trials are supposed to work. You are just convinced she is innocent for a reason or reasons that I can't see. Like the hundreds of comments posted that say "She's innocent, cops are bad". Or "She's guilty, she's lying". It's all bullshit until the trials and appeals are finished.

  • @ruide1966 "It was faked. Part of the smear campaign." So the grocery store owner was part of a conspiracy? No? Or did he see her and was beaten down later to confuse the facts? And the employee could easily have been scared off. Most people don't want to get involved. You know this is true. So why bring the employee up? If the store owner stuck to his story that he saw her but confused the jacket fact he might as well sell his store and move away rather than get involved in Knox's defence mob

  • @ruide1966 The USA has two things in abundance. Lawyers and guilty people walking around free. Your argument is not good. There are also people in prison here who were convicted on circumstantial evidence only. Like on Knox's whereabouts during the time of the murder. And why she was at a grocery store buying cleaning supplies at 7:30am the same morning. Waiting for the store to open. And the fact that she knew Guede, an unsavory character.

  • @ruide1966 So the possibility that Knox will get off on a technicality even though possibly guilty exists. I see

  • @ruide1966 By what law are the police required to do that? From the little I have read I get the impression that this city is full of foreign students. And I assume they are perceived as arrogant and insulting to local customs and or people. If I were a cop there I might have an objectivity problem too. Like getting smart with a small town Southern cop in the states. Maybe they are corrupt. But maybe they are just fed up

  • @ruide1966 If what you say is true then it is believable that they beat people. But in this case there is a large profile. An international profile with a huge amount of press. Under the circumstances it should have gone beyond a he said, she said situation. Or as you stated her word against theirs. I need evidence of much more scrutiny to believe it happened in this case. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on unrelated cases. Remember, it would help her defense to say she was beaten.

  • @ruide1966 Not obvious at all

  • @ruide1966 I can think of one other option. Maybe more but I'll stop at one. That the US media and online outrage over accusing this girl would possibly make it advantageous for her to lie about being beaten. If it were me I'd threaten suit too.

  • It's not believable for one minute that police hit her. But if there is no video of any interrogation it would help to make a defence to say so.

  • "context"---it's a good thing to know. You have no idea what you're talking about.

  • Comment removed

  • Amanda could have told a lie or perhaps not. What is a fact, the police did not tape the 13 hour interview. That would anger me if I was interviewed and they did not tape it. In the end, three young ppl and thier family's are changed for the worse. Very sad for all, esp the deceased young woman.

  • That's YOUR responsibility to find out and you are also responsible for what you believe! Please argue w other people, not me.

  • Keep studying it

  • @michellesings I'm not gonna jump in the ring with you, michelle..... but, there are many reasons why I believe knox is GUILTY and one that is deeply troubling to me is that Robyn Butterworth ( an acquaintance of knox and Meredith) claimed that knox's behavior was so strange at headquarters following the murder. Knox showed NO emotion, while all the other flatmates were "distraught." In fact, Robyn found it hard to be around knox as she joked and laughed with sollecito.

  • @kimatoz3 Is this Sophie? I'm seeing this (as I get lots of hate mail. Hopefully, by now you know that Mignini took all of her friends out of town to "explain" that Amanda did it. This would skew their view. She mourned more than all of them put together. I heard this from her parents, and friends. This is an absolute Railroad job. It's just a shame that a crooked court took the death of an innocent victim to their own attempt of glory, and in some cases saving their souls.

  • @michellesings Well, knox has a very weird way of 'mourning'~ lots of laughter, cartwheels, a round of splits and giggling and necking with her main man, Sollecito!!

    And, I am not Sophie.

  • You're seeing the "straight goods," unlike the people that enable and perpetuate knox's self-serving psychopathic behavior by exonerating her from Meredith's death

  • I wonder if miss knox was also "coerced" into cartwheeling in the police station.

  • @kimatoz3

    Her family claims she was.

    Please see my above post.

  • @michellesings I don't think so

  • his eyes are very telling...he so completely lying and trying to cause confusion.

If you can't look someone in the eye out of your pure passion and pure conviction....

By the way, doing Yoga at the police station while enduring extreme stress is something of a more intelligent mindset. No, she wasn't doing cartwheels.

  • @michellesings

She did do a cartwheel at the police station.

Officer Monica Napoleoni told her to stop as it was highly inappropriate in a police station - especially since the reason you are there is because your "friend" and housemate has just been found in the house you share with her.. dead, sexually assaulted and with her throat cut.

Knox's family admitted to the cartwheels but spun it with the "a police officer asked her to do cartwheels" rubbish.

No such officer has ever been found.

  • his eyes are very telling...he so completely lying and trying to cause confusion.

If you can't look someone in the eye out of your pure passion and pure conviction....

  • Look past the confusion and the media circus. Injustice in Perugia org

  • Why did she point to innocent Patrik? Why didn't she say it was Guede? Well that's simple folks - because they are ALL in this together. To any doubters, please read the damned report and get to know the facts before you speak, avoid sounding like dumbasses :P

  • @smokwawelski She didn't say it was Guede because she didn't know who did it. Amanda Knox was not there.

  • @allysjill... nope. but where the hell was amanda knox? Her story changed constantly. Gosh, even the boyfriend denied being with her.... I guess she disappeared into thin air for awhile.

  • @kimatoz3 Her story did not, as you say, "change constantly." The first several days of questioning she gave the same answers over and over. It was only during the untaped portion of the interrogation that she "changed her story" after being asked to imagine what might have happened, who might have killed Meredith.

  • @allysjill ... b.s.--knox lied, lied and lied some more.

Why did knox accuse Patrick Lumumba of the rape/murder of Meredith?

And, why did she allow him to bake in the slammer for 2 weeks, when the world knows, he was completely INNOCENT?

  • Not true about "2 weeks."

Later in the morning of November 6th, 2007, Amanda hand wrote a letter explaining the interrogation.

Amanda Wrote: "In regards to this "confession" that I made last night, I want to make it clear that I'm very doubtful of the verity of my statements because they were made under the pressures of stress, shock and extreme exhaustion."

She knew very soon that the "confession" police got her to sign was not correct.

  • @allysjill

She also said in her voluntary handwritten "gift" to the police that she stands by her statements made earlier naming Patrick Lumumba as the murderer.

Stop trying to distort the truth and join the real world.

  • @allysjill Knox lied and lied and lied again. Why would an innocent person lie - to her friends, to her family, to the police? Why?

  • @nickslick75 no she didn't. She was coerced into believing that Patrick did it. Like they told her....she at most confessed to "confusedly remembered...", and afterward she said out and out, this is NOT TRUE.

Look at the whole picture, better yet, look at crooked Mignini, who's already going to jail. Mobster!

  • @michellesings Learn some facts, moron. Knox told NUMEROUS lies. Accusing her boss of murder was just the very worst one. She lied and lied and lied again. "Look at the whole picture". This is excellent advice. I suggest you take it.

  • @nickslick75 Your the moron Amanda was coerced to name patrick if you do some research and NOT believe what you hear from the media. It was her text message he sent her telling her not to come in to work, and she replied ok have a good ecening see you later which means here in the US "see you whenever" NOT literally see you in a few which they thought and that is when she was mentally and physically abused and I totally believe her. Besides there is NO evidence putting Amanda there,

  • @336beau "Your" the moron, eh? Ha ha, classic! And no, I do not "believe what I hear from the media", and that includes drooling douches like you, posting on youtube. Grow up, read the Massei Report, and learn something.

  • @michellesings

Again stop trying to distort the truth.

    Nobody believes you.

Did you pay any attention at all to the trial?

Amanda Knox admitted on the stand that she herself was the first person to mention Patricks name.

The court transcripts of this statement and all her other words spoken on the stand are widely available.

Obviously you haven't read any of them.

  • @michellesings

Gotta love these knox groupies...I wonder what you'll be saying when she loses her appeal..

  • @michellesings UH, Michelle, she lied to the police from the very beginning, she lied to her mother, she lied to her friends and the University of Washington, and she's had plenty of time to tell the truth--all this independent of the so-called "coerced" confession. To this day, neither her nor Raffaele's stories stand up to any sort of reasoned, intelligent scrutiny. Why lie unless you are hiding something? Why come back to clean up and stage the murder scene unless you are involved?

  • Yeah, Giselle 1403; remember the story of Dorian Gray...

  • Knox is a liar! She told lies after lies after lies. She is being officially sued by the Italian police for slander after claiming that she was verbally abused and hit during interogation (she was informed of this on the 21/01/2010) which is not true but a stupid and desperate attempt to free herself from the mess she is in. Her parents are being investigated as well for defamation. All the Knoxes are doing is hurting the case even more than it is and that's good since she is guilty as sin

  • @jfbrodriguez She WAS hit. And...she was interogated for 14 hours, 10 of which were all night, with no food, no water, no restroom break...

she was COERCED...being hit on the head and told "You WILL remember" "It was PATRICK", is the most messed up thing ever.

The truth is about to explode...get ready.

  • @michellesings

Amanda Knox is a proven liar and convicted murderer.

That is why she is in prison.

She lied about Patrick Lumumba being the murderer when she was told her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito (being questioned in another room) had coughed and refused to back up her alibi, he said she wasn't at his house with him and had asked him to lie for her.

This is all on official record.

She accused Patrick of murder, she now accuses the police of hitting her.

    Go figure.

  • @moondog102 hahaha, hindsight's a bitch!

  • @michellesings MICHELLE, it's five months later and I'm still waiting for the truth to explode.

  • @yoyohooyo BS

  • @yoyohooyo Yoyo!! You here again??! I cant keep up with you! ;) Gotta be careful about your assumption that "Guede raped her corpse"...the coroner doesn't believe that...and no one is buying that theory either!

Gosh Yoyo, I gotta keep me eye on you now!! ;)

  • This yoyo is spamming this stupid message all over Youtube.

It's a spam and should be marked as such!

  • Yep, I think you're correct 100%!!! I just did a few searches on other uploads and voila!! Yoyo is spamming this msg!!

  • Like this investigator in the video Charles Mudede said. If you lie that much as Amanda did is because you are involved, but if you dont that prove youre innocent. I completely agree with him. Who dont agree with that? Rest in peace Meredith.

  • Guilty as charged - just because you have a pretty face doesnt mean that you have a beautiful soul!

    Rot in Prison!

  • rest in peace, Meredith, God bless. Rot in pieces Amanda, murdering scum.

  • From the country that did not even put under trial a military jet pilot that for fun decided to fly under a cable car in Norther Italy, cutting the cable and killing 34 people, really I do not accept any lessons on judicial systems.

  • "Merediths Bra?"

    "The one who was murdered?"

    Just the point eh?

Why's it all about the murderer and not 'the one who was murdered'?

    Absoluste Farsce.

  • Take some time to review the mountains of evidence against her; she's guilty as hell. Why else would she lie and lie and then falsely implicate her black boss? An innocent person has nothing to hide. I agree that she has the look of a narcissistic psychopath.

  • I agree with iambillym1..These people just read the head lines of the MISSLEADING PRESS.. A man from the store actually saw her that morn. Now RS says he doesn't remember for sure if A was at his house that night..She lied about calling M. She said it kept ringing and in reality it only rang 3 sec. because she KNEW M would not answer. There's more but you get it....guilty...I'm American

  • sorry to hear that - what a travesty Knox didn't get death sentence in USA

  • Sorry America, but an innocent young woman has been killed and there IS evidence Amanda Knox was involved. Even if she wasnt, her mere tasteless and disrespectful behavour immediately after poor Miss Kercher was discovered hardly merits your introspective support. Show some respect to the Kercher family why dont you?

  • Guilty as charged ..Read ALL THE FACTS. They are not picking on her cause she is American. She cleaned up and lied and accused and innocent man. There are sooo many cold hearted murderers now. Women killing their kids, husbands killing their WHOLE FAMILIES. What makes her any different? Just cause she is American?? Well so am I...she is guilty..

  • Notice Amandas eyes.....the classic dead eyed expression of the sociopath....that bitch is PURE EVIL ive no doubt in my mind.

  • What the fuck is your problem?

  • What the fuck is YOUR problem?

  • You, bitch.

  • Comment removed

  • Im a man einstein and jesus you must be up all night writing insults.I just got up...get some fuckin sleep your obviously very tired.

  • I 'like' it when the interviewer says people feel sorry for the parents, particularly Knox's parents. What about the poor bloody parents of their own murdered daughter.....!

  • It's interesting how the chimp tries to make excuses for the other chimp. Not surprising!!!

  • Exactly right, what an asshole. Knox's parents are rude and arrogant, esp the idiot father, while Kercher's are soft spoken and kind.

  • Yes MrDragon, very shocking indeed! I was expecting him to say something about Meredith's parent! Why are (some) Americans ready to deny evidence just to chauvinistic?

  • They say it wasn't sex in the usual sense. I take that to mean anal, and why is that not a possibility of rape?

  • Ugh, she's disgusting and should have served more time

  • This is absurd ! They forgot a girl named MERIDITH was MURDERED? All this about Amanda, who gave different stories. Then implicated her boss for the murder. ....Reminds me of George and Cindy A....

  • One thing that stands out is .....If it was a murder for rape, then why didn't he have sex with her? No semen FOUND ..He states they had oral.. Which leads me to believe that it was SOMETHING ELSE. Not a murder for rape. Then the shopping thing with here mom, her saying that a shopping trip would do her good?? Especially after a MURDER OF A FRIEND??? kinda suspicious ...

  • I am not sure if Amanda killed this poor girl or not, and sounds like neither is anyone else. The shame of it all is that innocent people are killed everyday in the world, their race or religion doesnt matter, being killed for someone else's sport or gain is a terrible thing. God be with them all!

  • Listen to the interviewer at 6:18 - "You know, people I feel sorry for in some ways have to be the parents, Amanda's parents specifically."

I mean, holy fuck. What about Meredith's parents?? Their daughter is dead. DEAD.

    Talk about freaking bias.

Further proof of the arrogance of Americans. They think their lives are more important than people's lives in other countries. They think God favours them........ no joke, they really think that. Their insularity causes it. They have no world view.

  • America is the only super power left in this world. This is a fact.

  • China control your economy

  • @ApocalypsePlough

not all americans think like that. To claim that they do only means that you yourself are not only an idiot, but a flaming asshole as well

  • how could amanda's parents sit there & defend th@ whore of a daughter they have?they ought 2 get locked up as well 4 raising her 2 be a whore. she must have been molested & seen her mom whoreing and dad engaging in satanic orgy parties.the apple don't fall 2 far frm da tree, whore jst like her mom

  • What do you know about her parents lifestyle?

  • amanda is guilty as well as her boyfrnd when she goes 2 hell i hope she is covered frm head 2 toe in those disgusting herpe sores she got frm being a whore. nevertheless, she will burn in hell for murdering that girl she was murdered for refusing 2 participate in their wild satanic orgy.

  • dirty whore

  • shut the up fucking ulgy shit

  • Amanda and Raffaele are innocent. They have already caught the killer wich is that Rudy

  • rudy in ur budy u stupid whore lover.u must have herpes in ur ass all 3 were in on it & u were probably in on it 2.u stupid herpe whore lovin bull dick sucker.

  • ohhh myyy goood! wat is inside those peoples minds? while a girl was raped killed alone and defendless in a dark room, we now have to listen to a black guy who claims he knows it all.

    9:46 stereotypical american washbraining!

  • Those 3 cunts obviously murdered her.

The only reason Rudy Guede is in jail is because he isn't rich, and Amanda and that Italian cunt ARE!

They should both have been locked up a long time ago.

  • I haven't heard everything myself, and am doing more research as I go, but I will half to agree with some of the comments here... Something isn't right... And normally these things don't bother me, but for some odd reason this case has...

  • I must say, the pro-Amanda Knox followers, admirers, and supporters will look pretty stupid and feel rather retarded should she be found guilty and sentenced to prison. Lol

  • yes just like the Australians with Schapelle Corby. Cause you know People have never been wrongly convicted.

  • her dna was found on the HANDLE OF THE KNIFE !

  • She is so virginal but her nose is not perfect. Will she try plastic surgey in jail? She is in italy now and everything is possibile.

  • Fucking Americans, scheming to try to save their pretty killer from the fate she deserves.

I wonder how pretty she'll be after some large dyke con has been sat on her face for a few months.

  • We are not all like this and even we get pissed off over shit like this.

She doesn't have a big following here and if it was a major concern our government would get involved.

"This girl does not represent the US and does not represent Seattle either".

What about the Italian prosecutor who's career depends on this conviction and he's getting his info from some psychic dyke?

And is that idiot prosecuter wearing a powder wig in court?

Those are some creepy ass people.

  • excuse me?... I wouldn't talk!!! I'd watch your mouth before someone puts you exactly where this merdith chick is... mark my words!

  • I don't know that she is guilty, but from what is known she doesn't seem exactly innocent.

I just hope that we find the truth. Then you must let the chips fall where they may .

We are not privy to all the evidence so you just never know how things will turn out, but we all must form our own opinions from the info we have.

  • Why am I here, when I didn't do anything ? Well, to start how about blaming your boss Lumumba as the murderer. Then you have your bf Sollecito said "our love affair is over", after you accused him of lying when he said you hadnt been in his flat the entire night of Meredith Kerchers murder. The list of lies goes on. I don't know if Amanda is guilty of murder but she seems guilty of something more than just lying !

  • Now does anyone know how far did Amanda walk from her boyfriends pad to home that morn. or how long it takes ?

  • Comment removed

  • you should beaten within an inch of your life...go take a long walk off a short pier, shitdick

  • Ugh, the host feels sorry for the parents of Amanda specifically? The courtcase will cost them a fortune? How about the parents of the girl that was brutally murdered?! Jeez, it's so annoying how this has become the case of Amanda Knox, not Meredith Kercher. Rest in peace, Meredith.

  • You are so right ,Very sad. Sometimes an American arrested over sea's story gets twisted American style, remember the Lori Berenson story has some similarities. Like George Constanza says "if you believe the lie, it's the truth " sort of a self brainwashing.

It's truly a sad and very hard time for the family of Meredith Kercher, my sympathy goes out to them.

  • > it's so annoying how this has become the case of

    > Amanda Knox, not Meredith Kercher.

Exactly! A profound comment from another thread:

"Two of the characteristics of a psychopath are total lack of empathy, and the belief that the whole world revolves around THEM. The reason she appears so happy in court? She knows that she's now the center of attention. It's crystal clear that she's thoroughly enjoying this circus - the megalomaniac craves attention. She's obviously in love with herself"

  • Perhaps the info should be updated. The man who committed this murder is now convicted and in jail. According to scientific evidence, his was the only DNA, fingerprints present at the crime site. The judge in the case is being on trial for multiple felonies and is a small frog in a large sea of tales and publicity.

He is hanging his hat on convicting Amanda and Rafael to save his own reputation amidst all the media frenzy of inaccurate information about this unfortunate situation.

  • Pardon? In case someone is found innocent, he'll be refunded by the State for the conviction and the jail, so basically the judge doesn't give a s about his reputation, he does his job. There are all the proofs that the 3 are all guilty. As far as I'm informed she'll get 30 years as Guede, even worse. The position of Sollecito is complicated as well, but he'll get less than Amanda because there is not sufficient proof, moreover his attorney is excellent. Anyway only the 3 of them know the truth.

  • Italian woman is beautiful on average, Knox is just nothing in comparison. In italian prisons they don't use to rape prisoners! There's a lot of proof she's guilty. Unfortunately, all the details of the case stay within the italian media and in USA only a little of info's given. In Italy before comdamning someone, it takes almost 2 years 'cause they want to be sure 100%. It's the most careful system in the world, defined infact bureaucratical for the long time it takes before judging a person.

  • here asshole...her BLOOD was found mixed in with her victims...E-V-I-D-E-N-C-E!!!

  • her DNA was found mixed with the blood. It wasn't blood, most likely mouth or skin cells. Do you know how much DNA is found in a shared bathroom? NOT E-V-I-D-E-N-C-E. you should get the facts straight before you start capitalizing the hell out of your words.

  • Oh come on ... jaxtrent with all the beautiful women in Italy there is no way they would want or need her "in Italian prison so they can sexually abuse her! ", you are just kidding right ?

  • something just doesn't seem right... i think had it been one of the other roommates that called police, Amanda wouldn't be in the spot light

  • NWA = Newz With Attitude xD

  • Isn't the prosecution's theory that this was some sort of "satanic sex game" based on comics found in the boyfriend's apartment? I also read that Amanda's DNA was found on a kitchen knife. That's it? I really don't find it hard to believe Amanda was coerced into saying a bunch of things against her will. What sham and a witch hunt. I feel sorry for Amanda as well as the Kercher family. They're all being bamboozled by the mockery that is the Italian Justice system (and I'm Italian!)

  • Thanks for resisting the Seattle Media urge to paint poor little innocent Amanda as the fresh-faced-virgin being railroaded by the Evil Italians.

  • well, this is just a sad case, somehow, i don't think amanda killed mez but i do think she might have known what was going to happen. you know, it sounded like mez didn't get along well with amanda as her roommate. it's just sad, amanda seemed to be destined for only good things and she was very pretty, she could have been a model or actress, it's just a shame that this is what her life has become...it's unfortunate that's all i can say.

  • God Bless you Amanda? And what if she did it? Have a look at the facts, there's a lot of evidence saying that Amanda Knox might be a liar, contradictions in her own testimony etc. Meredith Kercher likely died, as they call it, a "relatively slow and agonizing death". And you're talking about God blessing Amanda Knox? Look, I don't care about the italian court system, think about Meredith Kercher.

  • yea you're right .. God Bless Meredith TOO.

  • God bless Amanda? it"s so funny !!

  • facha me coolo
