No one stops to consider that the 911 operator may have been over worked to the point of total exhaustion. With America crumbling in the manner that it is, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. We don't know one way or the other, but it is helpful to consider such things before posting comments like "I hope that fat, lazy idiot got fired."
