Actually Kahlan's power is ever ready, always springing forth to confess someone. Confessors don't in fact release their powers so much as they release the restraint on their power. they are continously holding it in. Think of it like an overly full bladder on a very cold night. When confessing someone they just let go, that is why in the depths of passion they can not keep a hold on it any longer.
This episode is so beautiful, I love the people were at the temple, I wish I can live somewhere like that and the music at 3:30......dammmmn they love that heaven stuff well eh, I can't blame them. I second for a third season! =]

Richard should have thrown him into the rift he made in the previous episode and killed him even if he'd betray them to the Kepper who will find them anyhow. And that guy who's in chargeo of the Stone of Tears is equally wierd. That girl who's married to that guy will help them though. I know it!
You know what? Kahlan can wear ar Radahan while making out with Richard and take it off right afterwards. Then they don't have to worry about getting the Seeker confessed. Simple!

Guess I was more focussed on the intense plot-line. *sighs sadly & shakes head* Some people never learn do they? Oh, well! @GabrielLeonars Yeah, many people don't think of that. As for season 3, it was sadly cancled due to lack of funds and popularity. Not enough people were watching it and it didn't receive the best of reviews, especially from fans of the novel series in which it was made of. Bummer!!! ;-(
