The protesters tried to protest the dishonest performances of VC leagues with student’s politics that initiated the root of Zubair’s killing and to solve JU's terrorism problem permanently. But the VC group considered it just as an attack on them and their interests. The VC group did politics with Zubair’s killing from the beginning and even after the killing because at first they treated this wild and ferocious killing just as ‘beating Zubair by few students’ (ref. their statement).
