Hey! Check out the elbow pins...they are bigger than other Teela figures i have seen, and the ones from Evil-Lyn. I do not know if the difference is just a production change, or if it can be considered as a variant. But either way, it's cool that you have a different Teela figure than most of us do. Congrats.

The staff is supposed to be "warped" at the bottom. The Four Horsemen sculpted it to look like the orginal Teela 8-back artwork from the original package.

Holy cow! The classic looks drastically different, I forgot what the old one looked like. Teela seems to look more modernized to me than the rest. I must admit, I'm jealous, but I'm anticipating the next review.

WOW. Totally not what I was expecting. I really was looking to pass on Teela, because I was disappointed in the way I thought she was done closer to the Vintage, but once again, the 4HM surprise us with a blending of styles. She's the perfect blend of 200X and Vintage. I love the youthful face sculpt and the Pony Tail, as opposed to the Filmation "Grandma" bun.

I disagree that the sculpting is more 'vintage' than 200X. But then, I guess the members of different camps see what they want to see.

I do wish we could have seen her from the back a bit more. The back of her neck looked weird and I'd like to see more of it.

I was surprised to see the comparison to the 200x figure. I didn't think the 200x figure could get any better but the MOTUC figure surpasses it by far! What a great scult!! The head is amazing! The colors look great.

The staff's not supposed to be 100% straight. Look at the back of the packaging, and also the vintage MOC-cardback Teela illustration for reference. ;)

Almost 100% sure the staff isn't warped. It's supposed to be that way.

I don't a warped staff, myself. A lot of 'magic staves' in carttons, movies, and art look curved. As this is an old staff used by the snake men, I actually think it looks good slightly warped. ^.^;

Also, I wanna confess something a bit silly: The moment I saw Tella holding her sword in the 2002 series, she almost had me thinking that SHE could be She-Ra instead of Adora. (funny ha ha)

I agree with urosinho. I think The Staff of Ka is meant to be bent like that to match the old Mark Taylor art.

Hmmm...I don't know. This doesn't really seem like it's done on purpose. The plastic is sort of soft on the staff, it can be bent easy, and it's only warped on the areas that it fits through the small holes in the blister. *shrugs shoulders*

Mattel hasn't sent me Zodak yet. But they say as soon as they have samples, he'll be sent out. So hopefully that will be the next review.

Great figure. I just have a few problems.

1.Teela should be shorter than He-man. 2.Zoar should come with the Sorceress not Teela.

and a few questions.

1.Does her bio say that the Sorceress is her mother ?

2. Also does it say who her father is ?

3. Will we see a snake variant ?
