They are if you have cable and watch the chillers channel they still play the old Freddy's Nightmare series either during early or late afternoon. You just gotta keep checking because they also play a lot of other shows too on that channel.

ya the reason freddy's(englund's) voice sounds so deep is because a pitchshifter effect has been added to it, lowering the tone and frequency of his voice making him sound scary, there might be another effect on his voice but I'm not sure what it is

The problem with this series is that it looks cheap like no effort was put into the sets alot could have been done when you look at shows today X-files and Buffy even back then there was some shows that didn't have alot of money but effort was but in can't think of one right now But I still love Freddy Nightmares

and I love the Freddy Krueger character Robert Englund one of my favourite actors very underrated the series or the films will never win oscars or emmys but I still love them.
