The person who is currently sitting in for Senator Kennedy and will continue to sit in for months after this election will vote for the bill. Regardless who wins in Massachusetts it will take months for all the legal issues to be removed before they can sit. Cokley would not have a chance to vote on the bill ether if she wins.
