Ok will try to make it as simple as possible for you.

First go to Google search. Put samsung tv problems into the search. Click on the box that says search. You should then see the sites for the search results. Right near the top will be a site that says CONSUMER COMPLAINTS ABOUT SAMSUNG TVS. Click on this site and you are there.

If you can't do this you are a real DUMB ASS !

@bever49 Bever, surely Samsung TVs can't be any worse than LG? I had three of there LED models and all had faults and were generally useless. I desperately need a new TV but cannot decide which brand to buy. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

@Blizdegs Do the Google search on samsung tv problems and count the complaints on the consumer affairs site. If you have a day or two you might be able to read them all and new complaints are posted every day. Samsung has over 9,000 more complaints than any other make tv on this site alone.

I just hooked up Terk HDTVa Antenna to this tv... the primetime stations in HD beat cable/satellite service in quality... AMAZING.

If you have digital cable service, this TV kicks ass in HD quality... but, if you're planning to hook up a normal tv rabbit ear antenna, forget about quality...

22 months and it just died on me. I'm still paying for this TV. There are a lot of problems with Samsung TVs. Don't buy one unless you want to buy a soldering iron and some extra capacitors and fix it yourself every time it goes out. Samsung's quality is pathetic.

not true i have a samsung 40 inch 60 hz from 3 years ago and am a gamer to the core and when i turn off the tv or change channels i can barely see resedue image from the game but when im flippin channels its clear and sharp and by the way if you were a smart buyer and u invest over 1000 dollars on a tv why wouldnt you buy a warranty from the store everyone knows electronics always fail and break with usage

Maybe U can piss your money away and feel good about it,but I can't. And if you did the google search you would have seen that I'm not the only samsung customer that's pissed off.
