I too have the same problem with my Chargemaster 1500 but my dispenser also has a faulty keypad. The real disappointing thing is it was a warranty replacement combo RCBS sent me and it doesnt work straight out of the box. Im very happy with RCBS though because my origonal scale was Just the 1500 with no dispenser. They had good intentions i suppose but now i have to go through the hassle all over again.
