  • This guy is such a coconut!!

  • love the part where he falls off his chair...made me laugh soo much:)

  • lol ur harsh

  • I have NO idea what that was about... but it sure was funny!

  • CHAIRPERSON of FINANCE with keeps pace with tumbling south african economy.

Prior to 1994 South Africa's economy was some of the best in the world, and TV was FREE. We live in a racial dictatorship...why must we pay for our indoctrination and brainwash?

  • Im sure people had fun during slavery cause you got a labourer for free, prior 1994 was working for you but not for 40 000000 people

  • Ok genius, if that were true - why did NONE of our greedy banks fold unlike some Australian and American banks?

Besides, TV was a luxury in "your" days and not a commonplace item (which is going the way of the dinosaur thanks to the internet) such as today.

South Africa's economy still has a VERITABLY successful rating no matter thanks to the Americans EVERYONE has to pay for their screw-ups.

Get your facts straight before you run your idiot mouth

  • @skatergeek1981 - You need to verify your facts first before you make inaccurate statements - No Australian Bank has folded during the worst stage of the global financial crisis and now our banks are stronger and more robust than ever. In fact Australia's major banks are ranked amongst the strongest banks in the world and Australia's economy is one of the best performing economies in the developed world.

  • @ubercruisersyd SURE! NO Australian banks folded and George W Bush was a saint! No problem ... if you buy bullshit, so will we!

  • @ubercruisersyd So what, are you proud that your fucking parasites are healthy in Australia then?

  • omg lol

  • Karma.

  • That was so funny!

  • pay your license ... save a chair ... laugh your ass off lol

  • shit!

  • i think they need a chair license, so that doesn't happen again.

  • Nee man,die booi moet net minder KFC eet...Eish!

  • your eyes are strange, did you wear contact lense or did you smoked something?

  • Only in South Africa! LOL, I love it! Ministers should fall off there chairs more often so that they can remember that they are only human and that karma is "watching".

  • OMG

    ahahah

poor national TV.. you really gotta pay!

  • LOL

  • tv liecnse?? what the hell is that?

  • more like a fee. just like you pay for your cable for satellite

  • cable bill

  • is he laughing or crying?

  • lmao!! that is hilarious! shame i hope he is ok! coz that looks like it hurt! but its still funny lol

  • I hope he's ok ha ha ha. In canada we have CBC which is public broadcasting and it is funded by advertising and taxes, even if you don't own a TV so paying the license fee only if you own a TV doesn't sound unreasonable.

  • oh bwoy!hilarious

  • Only in South Africa!

  • hahahaha!!!!!

  • ahahahahua

  • LOL

  • LOL

  • what are TV licenses???

  • If i remember correctly .. (ihavent lived there in years) but you pay for one and renew it in 6 months or so by paying a fee if u own a telvision set if u dont pay it there could be consequences I'm not sure what they r these days.... and no its not like ur a cable or satelite bill that comes completly seperate ...I think thats how it was then

  • It's about £133ish a year in the UK. How much is it in SA?

  • ITS £147 NOW

  • I don't know him, but perhaps if his constituents are starving he got what he deserved? I laughed like hell

  • tv license??? wtf Exactly why I left Africa..full of bullshit people and ideas!

  • OMG ahahahhahhahah I remeber when I went to SA last year they were having these people going door to door asking people to pay for there TV licenses but many south africans never do anyway LMAO at the dude fallin down

  • Should be a tax rolled into the overall income tax. Easy and no one would see it. LOL

  • The dude actually got a warning but he decided to be hardcore and go for the worst.

TV licenses are quite a foreign concept to Americans.Public tv here have to raise their own money through appeals to viewers and well wishers usually done through telethons.

  • What a disgrace!!! Typical SABC 2 material there, typical ANC corruption! uses the tax payers money to obese himself up into that state so that the chair breaks under that lard!!! ... Only South Africa could offer this kind of sloppy incompetence... What ashame...

  • what the hell? paying to watch tv? thats insanity!

  • what do you call cable and satelite? it's tv and you pay for it, well most people pay for it anywho.

  • local tv is free, cable and satelite is OPTIONAL. khayav never mentioned having a choice so im assuming its not optional

  • ...are*

  • no its not.

  • we have to pay a monthly bill in the US....

  • local tv is free, cable and satelite is OPTIONAL. khayav never mentioned having a choice so im assuming its not optional

  • ohh i see thanks

  • tv licences suck nobody should be forced to pay that

  • hahahahaha.....

  • hahahaha

i would definitely pay my tv license if i saw something like that every night :)

  • I remeber hearing about this. Now we know where our TV licence money does not go (into new chairs obviously) in the SABC. :)

Personaly I would feel better paying my TV licence if I felt that the SABC was more independent and less of a government mouthpiece. :P

  • Whats a TV licenses?? (I'm from US)

  • In some countries you have to pay a yearly fee to get a licence to be allowed to watch TV. It sounds rubbish bit in practice it pays for superior quality TV. For instance, here in the UK we pay £135 (~$250) a year and that money goes to the BBC. Just BBC 1 and 2 get around 70% of the audience share so you really get your moneys worth.

  • i might be wrong but maybe there's not enough commercial sponsors. in the end someone has to pay the bill, not enough sponsors means viewers gotta take the bill i guess.

  • @TheSmiterer You must be extremely well brainwashed old chap. It definitely worked on you.

  • buhahahahahaha...aww poor guy! its so hilarious!

  • Did this really happen Khaya? MUUAHHAHAHAHHAHA

  • Fat butt

  • I watched it again...and I laughed even harder! And we don't have to pay TV licenses here, either...

  • That's horrible :|

  • A license to watch television ?

Is there an age requirement too ?

If you're walking down the street watching videos on your Iphone, could they pull you over and ticket you ?

I know that Europe has taxes for television (which the US is closing in on that scam too), but I had never heard about this.

  • @j0eg0d No, it's just for live broadcast.

  • lol

  • Hahaha, omg, poor guy.

  • THis is so hilarious!!!

  • What makes this really funny is the first crack at about 39 seconds. It was like a foreshadowing .

  • ahahahahahahahahahahahahah

  • poor guy ...fell again ...lol

  • AHAHAHAH

  • LMAO!!! Epic fail! hahahahahaahah fatty!

  • what is a tv license? do you mean cable bill?

  • Here in the UK everyone needs to get a TV license to legally watch TV, regardless if they have cable or satellite. I think it's all due to the BBC not being a channel that has advertisements to pay them for producing the service, so everyone has to pay for the service by having a TV license. If you don't have a TV license you will get fined here.

  • that's so cool, do you have to pay to breath too?

  • hahaha well it seems to be getting to that point, we have to pay through the nose on just about everything these days LOL

  • If you don't like black people why is your user name blackic3??? Yah maybe you should think before you actually say something!!! Either your jealous of Khayav because he's black and you have some suppressed feeling of inferiority or you're overcompensating by being hateful because you have a small...;P Yah know!!!!LOL ciao loser!!!

  • LOL.

    where've you been, man?

  • Holy lol, that was great.

  • lol...that was clean.

  • LOL very funny at the is saying the least 5*'s and FAV!

  • Yikes

  • hahahahahaahaa! How did the Cat get so Fat? TV licence bills thats how

  • lol.. I laughed again.

  • hahaha....at the first snap he was really trying hard to act normal because he knew the chair was about to go lol!!!!!

  • Haha, poor guy.

  • My uncle has a tendency to ruin chairs like this also. He's a big guy. Must be a little embarrassing.

  • oh god, this is so funny :D tears are coming haha ... unfortunately i don't know what's really going on so i'm not laughing at him but on the situation.
