Chi Chi gain saiyan blood from no were or something? and how do you know that Goten and Trunks were born without one? For your information, they had the tails surgiacally removed just after birth

They can only use it twice. He used it once with Goku in the Cell Saga.  Thats how he became much stronger than Goku, because Goku was training Gohan more than himself. And hes only half saiyan, so he can only get so strong compared to Vegeta and Goku.

I take it you forgot that Elder Kai said that Vegeta is the smarter? Vegeta only called Goku smarter because he faught for the right side and got the most out of it, thats what that whole scene is about

yes this is correct, Elder Kai explained that Vegeta was the more intelligent fighter and a much better tactician. Vegeta tells Goku that he was the smarter one in that by living the way he had and being the kind of person he is Goku has earned the right to keep his body in the afterlife and train in heaven, Vegeta has not and is sent to hell for the evil he had committed upon the universe where he must suffer as a spirit for the rest of eternity.
