Online Poker sites need to warn users that do not believe in the ethics of Data mining that it may be happening. Can you imagine a guy sitting live with a hand held device collecting info. Needless to say he would leave the casino with his teeth tickling his prostate. Sites need to explicitly ban this crap.

PokerStars has explicitly banned it. You're only allowed to collect hand histories if you're playing at the table, and sharing hand histories is prohibited. Among all the sites, PokerStars has the strictest rules about these kinds of helper programs, which is probably a reason why they're the most popular poker site.

so does this program allow you to force hands on to the table beacuse i downloaded it and i dont know how or what i think its doing in other words can poker tracker froce an aa hand on the table in your favour.??.

No not at all, there is no such program. Poker tracker pretty much just records the hands that you import into it so you can look back at how you play. It can also be used in combination with a HUD to show certain stats on your opponents tendencies according to the hands you have recorded.
