This is the fusionreaction that is used (because it is easiest) in JET, predecessor of Iter and which will be used in probably all fusion. 2H is deuterium, a stable isotope of water which is about 0.015% of all hydrogen atoms. 3H is tritium, smartass. What you probably mean is that the one neutron (n) hits the walls of the reactor with a lot of energy. these walls are lithium-6 and so, tritium is formed.
