I understand you used Source recorder to get High Definition, but what did you use to edit it afterwards? Sony Vegas? Adobe After Effects? Could you please tell me how you edited and exported it in High Definition?

I Would Say Sony V Is Best For Rendering In HD I Think And Its A Very Good Editor, After Effects Is Mainly Used For Like " Effects " :) Which ISnt Necessary In GMOD Videos

What is that HUD?

It's a HUD called Depth Hud. It's pretty rubbish so I have removed it now but if you do not play many gamemodes I would recommend it.

In display options, you need to set GMod to Widescreen, then yuo can get 1280 x 720
