you spent all the time pretty much on one leg and hus rump!!! Your so patient, and talented. I've been watching since step 1, keep going, it looks great!!
LOL Thanks! ^_^ At times, it feels like I'm going as slow as a turtle.. just the way I sculpt I guess. The clay brand that I am using here is "Prosculpt".
I use white fimo for the eyes of my sculpts. I haven't used it to make anything much bigger than that, so can not say what the quality of it is comparable to in that sense. As far as the "feel" of it.. yes it is different. I think fimo is more gooey/sticky. I just don't like the feel of it too much. I've been letting my kids use it for arts/crafts projects mostly, because I REALLY do hate the white sculpey stuff! UGH!
I used electric fence wire on this sculpt. But any thick gauge will do. I've had a couple of students use cloths hanger on their armatures. As long as you can bend it, and it's strong! ^_^
