This is the furthest thing from "clean eating." If you want to eat clean quit eating/drinking crap from a canister, and prepackaged food/drink. Eat fresh vegetables, fruits, beans, grains, drink lots of water, but DO NOT buy supplements, they aren't clean! Nature gives you everything you need for healthy "clean" living.
Hardly anything you listed was "clean eating." Eating clean means eating whole, natural foods as close to the source or original form as possible. Eggs, strawberries, apple, yes. Protein bars, powders and shakes? No! Processed bread? No! And peanuts don't "have soy." Processed peanut butter may have soy oil added. Look for the peanut butter with oil on the top. The only ingredients should be peanuts and peanut oil.

This is bull. All of the breakfast "foods" are processed powders in containers. And that Spark drink is crap. You might as well drink a red bull. You know what are also crap? Protein bars. Look up the protein bars she talks about-- so many ingredients, many preservatives. I thought eating clean was about eating REAL food... not processed garbage!
