@fekiramic he would beat your ass up down and all around little man. This guy was a world kickboxing champion. He would make you cry like a little girl. And this movie was one of the most underated action movies ever.
@Sodiumreactor What was Olivier's martial arts background? His techniques look legit (particularly his muay thai style roundkicks), & he looks, bodywise, like a professional fighter. What styles did he train in? Did he compete?
@Brucemee He was a professional kickboxer, and ended up taking the World Middleweight Belt back in the early 80s. After he won the belt, he retired and got into movies. So hes got a pretty solid background in martial arts. Before his kickboxing, he was in the French military, as some kind of Marine Commando, similar to our Navy Seals here in the US. He is also a pilot, that can fly both helo and fixed wing. The guys pretty incredible.
Yeah, he kinda just disappeared. I don't even really know what he's doing these days. If he's just training? etc. I wouldnt @ all mind seeing him back on film. He was one of my favorite old school guys.
Oh this is tight! Hey, can you show the fight scenes from this movie? I'm looking for the one where he fights those dudes in the street during a school function and the final fight at the house where Peter Kwong helps.
Oliver Gruner is a professional Savateur (^_^)

@GuardianAngel5150 I would like to see him in some more movies. Like Resident Evil or Underworld type of movies, he would be great as a bad guy!
