They R Also the Main Fat In Animal Foods like Parma Ham, Lamb, Lard and Eggs together with PolyUnsaturated Fat.. And Saturated Fats Are Also In Plant Foods like Vigin Olive Oil, Coconuts, Cacao Beans, Avocados and nuts...oh and Palm Oil..
