Great choreography.

However, there were times when you girls were a bit off and I felt as if you all weren't "feeling the beat" at the same time.

Someone in the group may be better than others, but for a group performance, you all need to be timed exactly to look extraordinary. If that means to sacrifise talent so the entire group looks exactly the same in timing, so be it.

I'm sure they will with enough practice. Unlike ordinary ppl that look at the dance as a whole, I look at dances for key elements and certain movements since I'm a great dancer myself. I'm always trying to find some new dance to integrate into my own. Therefore, I provided HEALTHY criticism.
