I really enjoyed this, I like dylan so much i am not a big fan of covers, i think most of his studio covers are perfect already.. so I am normally critical but enjoyed listening to this. this song has always been a favorite dylan tune. you are right, it is overlooked. the rythem of this song is just begging for a bass and some levon helms type drums.. shuffling down the street.. maybe throw in some hammon b3 organ work.

I have a pretty good tutorial (around here somewhere) on how to make a good bottleneck slide if you're interested. I never did it because I'm way too dangerous.

I don't have tabs, read tabs, or deal with tabs. I know what they are, but it's quicker for me to go by ear. Tune to Open E, and the bulk of it is between frets 5, 7, and 12. Just go with it man. You don't need tabs; just FEEL it.
