When they dont pay the 50k now there will be interest on that 50k which will be accumulated and added onto it which will go back to the investor. Just be aware of these mutants try to peddle to you folks.

Well when you have mutants like this who preach disinformation people are going to believe anything. I actually did this business and it doesn't work as he's saying. That 50k the homeowner still has time to pay it off to redeem his house. You can tell the homeowner he is owed 50k but now he will be out of a 100k house. He will still have the cash but he just lost 50k technically. No thanks I am not into lying to people. Many times it's bid up due to investors thinking they wont pay the 50k
