they are scotties. most all of the ears take a few weeks to stand up.

scotties were originally white..black  or brindle...its not that they came up with white through breeding...its just thats the colours they come out as...white are gettin rarer though...congrats on the puppies...i have a brindle scottie...i love her to bits..^^

IN fact scotties can be white but thats not their usaul color so possibly when a scottie is white its either death of blind but not all the time. (true and sad)

i thought black and black/grey brindle was the standard pedigree colour.

i prefer the black scotties , i do like the white west highland aswel.

hahaha! I hear next year's model has polka-dots.

Almost a year ago my mom picked up a puppy who is half scottie, one-quarter Lasa Apso(sp?), one quarter bichon. Needless to say he primarily looks like a Scottie. He was mainly black with some white patches when we first got him but he ended up being brindle color.

He's a unique little guy, named him MacTavish. Just a loving pup. Scotties are great!
