Ohhh, I see what you did there XD At 6:25 the guy in the video said "back through the loop", meaning the space between the knot you're tying and your neck. You said "through the loop that was 'just made' ", which is not correct. You forced the wide end through what you were tying, which messed it up. Everything else was fine up until that point.
