I can't tell -- could be one of Kirk's chanters, but the connector to the bag looks Seth-like -- Kirk doesn't do it that way. Could be a Lynch chanter but Gallagher reedcap?

Sounds like it could be Kirk's, but I'm not familiar enough with the sound of Gallagher's chanters to be able to tell.
