Actually,

the mothers statement that "it's very hard to say 'no' to a child", could not be further than the truth.

It's really pretty simple.

You simply say "no", you are not going to eat the same crap "food" that I obviously stuffed into my mouth, which made me the slob I currently am.

Eating healthy foods, coupled with daily exercise, is not that difficult.
