i carry a small .22 caliber pistol when i go fishing here in California for this reason.

shoot a carp in the mouth as it comes up to gulp for handouts food.

@penvisser90 In Texas we are required to kill Grass Carp if we catch them unless they are in a body of water that has been purposely stocked with them to control aquatic vegetation.
