Gaydar is positively working. xD, I'm just 15 and I have that. we LGBT just know, I just get a vibe, and my friends don't agree with me and I end up right.
My gaydar is always going off. I never find out though because I don't ever ask so i don't know if I'm ever right or wrong. I love the topic Rob! It really made me think about how good my gaydar is.
I have the worse gaydar on the planet...It has failed me many times....damn it. Maybe its my wishful thinking where some guys are concerned. ("He's got to be gay, he's so cute and we have so much in common.." and then he introduces me to his girlfriend..grrr). There is one guy I met that is a huge puzzle. I wish I had to guts to ask him if he is gay...but that might be weird.
Oh and by the way...That lighting works good for you...mysterious, sexy.....it works...
My gaydar sometimes works, not always. Metrosexual men make it more difficult to trust one's instinct. And sometimes I am shocked to find out a certain guy or gal is gay.
I was at a family gathering awhile ago and I was getting a vibe from my brother-in-law's Father. His wife died many years ago and he never remarried. I've seen the man once or twice since. I think he's gay, but repressed. Never have mentioned it to anyone in my family.

Nope. Gaydar has never worked for me. The first gay person i met, was a very close friend of mine called Joe, who was very flamboyant in the way he moved and sat, the kind of clothes he wore. But when he came out to me, i was like whatttt? So maybe that was an innocent thing. But even now, years on, unless i see someone that is stereotypically gay and flamboyant i wouldnt know. And lol, even if they were i usually put it down to them being camp xP im so bad at knowing!
I've never really thought about that. I mean, I know some people have it, but I've never really put much thought into it.

I used to think i didn't have gaydar until a few days ago i found out one of the hottest guys at the school was gay i was like YES!!!!! :-)

Keep a sharpie in the car and next time just add an H before the 8, hopefully they will drive around for a long time before they notice.
And gaydar does not exist, it is just stereotypes people try to apply.
I know plenty of straight people who fit the "gay" label better than I but they aren't and I am.
The truth is you don't know who is or isn't until they say or do something blatantly gay/bi/straight.
