This is a useless invention since any surviving germs that go from the pump to your hand is washed away when you wash your hands. It's only useful for people who don't have the strength to push a pump (i,e. stroke, arthritic, dystonic or Parkinson patients) or kids, who may make a mess. The novelty factor might also encourage kids to wash their hands more.
Lysol basically makes money on the expensive refills. Don't bother. Just make a hole on top and pour in cheap gallon jug refills.

There are jerms on the soap pump, but right afterwards you will wash your hands with soap... I think this an useless device for the microbiophobic.
