Do you know when this was first aired? I just found a batch old reel-to-reel video Donny and Marie shows and one them had this clip in it. The opening song of the episode was "Chatanooga Choo-choo"
I love the Osmonds, the whole, entire family. They were so good to us when we guest starred on their show; nobody in the entertainment business was better to the guests. These were fun shows!
I can still remember watchin' Donny & Marie as a Teenager with my Kirstinie and we were both absolutely LAUGHIN' SO HARD and ROTFL over Ruth Buzzi's Classic Slapstick with a Mustached Johnny Dark, Marie and Donny's 1970's Cool Fashion Wardrobe. God Bless the 1970's 4 LIFE!!!!
Sobrang nakakatawa itol.. i miss the donny and marie show.. sana ireply lahat ito sa cable networks... ruth buzzi.. grabe nakakatawa ka talaga... the original ai ai de las alas.. hahahahahahaha
Ruth Buzzi was sooo funny. I used to have a doll with her voice in the mechanism.....it wasn't a Ruth Buzzi doll, they had just used her voice.....odd. Marie really got the giggle here. Thanks.
Would I also be correct in saying that Johnny "Dark" is also known for being a kiddie show host in the Detroit/Toledo area in the'50s and '60s by the name of Johnny Ginger?

Idea taken from an old I Love Lucy episode which was taken from an old Vaudeville number. It works here thanks to the genius of two talented ladies.

Ruth Buzzi is the best--so funny, energetic, and professional. She's so underrated as a comedienne.
