I would like someone to post Ron’s original audio on youtube. It’s good that so many are speaking up, and since so many have gone to great length to suppress what he original wrote and spoke about there must be some dynamite stuff there. Also if all his audio got around to the net, there would be no secrets anymore, I believe that the only reason that his audio is not public is to create mysteries and to keep on making money. So if anyone have any audio on his work, post it !

just a note on celebrities in 1969 - even though he may not have been a celebrity, the keyboard player for the Grateful Dead Tom C. joined Scientology in 1967 .

then, a big celebrity---in the Midwest. He was new out here--and we all loved him. :)

@TheDragonCult no religion will just admit that the story's are symbolic - when in your in the scientology universe, the story is "real". all religions are like a role playing game with stories that aid the visualization and personification of the universe. If a scientologist can imagine that their past lives are holding them back, then that's what the body thetans visually represent. Its a mind set and that's why it works for some people and not for others, because they can "see" the story.

@Bloomsauce I support people who stand up against abuses, including Anonymous. However, re people going to grave sites, no matter what view---I'm against *that* as I feel even IF trying to block those picketing a grave site, it will a) Push Anonymous in with those creeps, and b) It still adds noise and confusion, both things people do not want at their loved ones burial, imnsho. I could be wrong...it's up to them, really.

So Tory, Check this out, was driving in a car on Maui listening to the radio and heard an add that Will Smith is doing a dinner in Wailea @ Mala Resturant along with the local fire dept. to raise funds for the MFD. WSmiths part of it is that he will donate 3K books to help educate children about fire safety. Sounds a little fishy. Hoping you can look into it for us and /or call in some watch dogs.

dancing, even. Although my guess is they already filmed it all, as at her opening of her store, she looked much slimmer (in photos) than those of her re DWTS. Perhaps that helped? We'll see. :)

@astrophonix Manson's involvement with Scientology has been greatly exaggerated to serve the purpose of showing the negative side of Scientology. According to him, he only looked it over briefly, just like he studied many religions and philosophies. An E-meter may have been found at the ranch his group stayed at, but the place didn't have electricity so it likely wasn't used much or at all. May have just been stolen for fun. Who knows.

...First, why would Scientologists want to liken their church to the Roman one? How often do they also argue that Co$ shouldn't be compared to any other creed? That's just contradictory.

Second, this comparison misrepresents real RC doctrine regarding Indulgences. In the RC church indulgences are not used to purchase spiritual fulfillment or to advance your soul another "level" within the Church.
