My brother lied big time to get a position and it worked, but he knows any day he could get exposed. Also, a friend mine lied and said he graduated from a prestigious school and got away with it. He, also, lives in fear of his lies.

There is no employment jobs record.The employer tells you there is.So, the employer is a liar.There is a thing called a credit check.Which gives very limited info....If an employer gives you a bad reference they can be sued.The infomation a formal employer gives, has to be based on proven fact.If not the employer can be sued (which can be very costly).That's why there is no employment job records...The employer wants you to tell on yourself.It will make their job so much easier...
