i had to tweak mine but now it is great . if you have problems ask me or just tie a ribbon on the end and a bit of playdoh or / and blue tack on the front

i have 2 my first one took a horrible nose dive and wont respond good to the controls :P the second one i havn't flown 4 awhile but it is fun..although the second one isn't responding good:P they kill batteries realy fast but when u get good at them they r a BLAST!! :D

i got this 4 xmas 07. I wasn't happy cos unlike the edited video it doesn't fly that good mine rareley flu 4 over 10 seconds, i tried it outside and inside. Pure ka ka. I still have it and hope one day it will learn2 fly if not i'll jus try editing it till it does -

This toy is great but I don't think it was meant for a little kid.

also noob pilots are well,NOOBS! Every one thinks they could just take off like a rocket and skip the learning curve!

The dragon fly also seems hackable, It is quite possible to make the wings a tad bit longer to increase thrust, the wings you get were sized for the box! I don't know whats inside the thing but it deems worthy of an experiment, the end result may be a better bug.( save,recycle,rebuild- any wrecked aircraft)

I got mine about 50 feet up in the air, at night! It was awsome, and the blue lights and the chirping helps to find it at night too!

grrr.. just got one todayy and i was pist... they make it so simple on tv but mines only go up then falls fast down or it goes striaight but doesnt hovers or do any other tricks.... can some one who have one give me some advice??

the Dragonfly is very sensitive to any kind of wind so it is best to fly in calm conditions.Study wind currents and fly in areas that create wind shadows- fly in sheltered areas, the tail ribbon addition helps in stable flight and the settings must be set to expert- and trim on the neutral at 0. stunts on this craft are really limited if not accidental,try dog fighting another dragonfly of opposite frequency-I own 4 RC dragonfly and charge them in sequence for continuous flight.Stay within 50ft!

i got one today, i can NOT fly it indoors and can only make it fly for about 45 seconds outdoors with no wind, bout 5 seconds with the slightest bit of wind x.x got any advice for me? it dips up and down and always seems to go down more then up x.x ocationally itll fly streight for me but x.x hardly

If your dragon fly is dipping a lot then it is most likely too heavy in the rear, I found out that after buying several dragonfly's that each one needed to be adjusted in trim and balance. Add some modeling clay to the nose to make the front a little more heavy...test flight and adjust to reduce the dipping, Note: THIS MAY INCREASE SPEED!.The tail ribbon is meant to make the rear more heavy and keep the dragonfly nose pointed up,

The balance and wieght between nose and tail play a major factor.

you will need to point the aircraft into the wind to make it hover. the commercial claims you can hover but only in a windy condition and with skill at the throttle it is possible to hover.

Dipping is natural but can also be adjusted by adding some clay to the nose or tail to balance it in flight.

Dragon fly can stall when it dips in order to hover the craft must be pointed into the wind. the craft cannot really handle windy areas but can certainly try to fight a 3mph breeze but you will find that boring as you will go nowhere if not blown backwards! Master the throttle controls is the key to flying. This craft is hard to fly at first but elements of danger also make flying it fun.

I havent had it long but I've already crashed it a lot and it hasnt taken any real damage.

Its very very light so can't really harm itself.

The dragon fly is currently selling cheap in the US at Walmart for $25.00 Dollars. the Item is made quite durable in my opinion and will take damage if you hit pavement hard or get wet.Expect wear and tear look on its face from nose rubbing hits, It is best to fly it over grassy parks where tough landings make damage impossible. This toy is hard to fly at first so if you want to get good at it you will probably have to buy several(3) to recharge in sequence so each could fly when one recharges.

It all depends on what you are looking for. The Dragonfly needs a little more space, but it's unusal flying method makes it more fun to fly (in my opinion). The 3 helicopters we have are more precise, and can be flown in a smaller area (the the Salvation 1 is 3 channel). Hope this helps

well thanks for that and uh i don't have much space here but i read that the mosquitto runs only for like 7-8min. and takes half an hour to charge, and umm how long does this take to charge and how long does it fly, also this is half the price so i think i'll get this

The Dragonfly takes around 20-25 mins to charge and you get a flight time of around 10-12 mins. Mosquitto is good, we used to sell it...however if is quite easy to loose control of.

Not necessarily. They are quite different products to be honest. I've had more fun with the Dragonfly than the Mosquito, but you need a lot of space to use it. At the moment my favourite RC flying thing is the Silverlit PicooZ Helicopter

@Mirkiman this is kinda lieing i had 1 and it was not flexible it was only 1 ft in the air cause i jus bought it and i didnt know how to fly and then it was just hovering there then it barely touched the ground and it started to go coco cause the wing broke
