Beautiful. Hariprasad Chgaurasia truly honors his name, Prasad of Hari. He plays for Hari and then we enjoyed after his offering to the Lord in his heart.

It's rather rare to hear Pandit Chaurasia playing in SA of "F". "E" being what he mostly chose, and sometimes Sa of "D#". Anyway, I suspect that in this interpretation he is playing on a "E" bansuri, but blowing very backward from the hole so that to produce a semi-tone higher tonality from the instrument. By this way, if I am not mistaken, he gets the wide sonority of a "E" bansuri, mixed to the acoustic lightness of a "F" flute (like Sachdev use to play).
