My first question is, why is an active duty serviceperson allowed to pose a "pro-staying the coarse" oppinion on national radio where it is tolerated but an opposing veiw point from a serviceperson isn't?

Rush is right, again. His term "phony soldiers" was in reference to those who claimed military service and/or awards who did not serve or earn them. The same was said on ABC News 9/24/7. Where is the outrage towards ABC?
