That would have to be the shortest t.v. series of all time. There's only one episode, it only lasts about 43 seconds and one of the characters eats and essentially kills the only other character alive.

Just in case you weren't joking, It's not a series, it's from a segment on animaniacs called "animaniacs stew" where they mix up two of their segments into one, in this case it was rita and runt (a series about a homeless cat and dog) mixed with pinky and the brain (a series about two genetically altered lab rats who constantly try to take over the world).
