  • Hey Dolls ..Check ouy my beauty page

  • I always do my own nails, so, this is the first I've heard of these! Thank you oodles;)

Are they at like Walmart and other stores or only online? I know a preteen who would love to get some of these in a birthday package in the mail from me! You took the worry out of what I was going to get her:) Last year I gave her a crystal nail file, black kaboodles bag with gold trim, and a bunch of small stuff for nails, so I was trying to figure how to top that! :D You're a PEACH:) Thanks again:)

    BOP

  • THank you for this! I've been eyeing these out but wasn't sure if I should buy since they are a little pricey for a one time use but I think i will go and get some for the holidays :)

  • Yes, please stop messing with your hair. So distracting!

  • good tuturial but seriously annoying had you keep fixing your hair...get a clip, didnt even watch it all cause you fixing your hair every 5 secs gets annoying

  • I didnt have a problem with them drying out. Maybe because I put them back in the box?

  • I found that putting the SH salon effects in a new plastic bag keeps them from drying out.

  • if you put the remaining strips in a plastic bag with all the air out, will it still be dried?????? please reply!!!! (:

  • minx needs 2 b done by a pro thats wy you have props with them. It,s not the tools it,s the fools.Minx done by a pro wil last you so long with no props

  • You should try the rue 21 polish nail strips they work just as well. Only rue 21 has them for 3.99 and 2.99 for 20-22 strips! :)

  • if you tape up the package does it save them from drying out? like so she will see!

  • ooh i'm getting some of these later, they look amazing!

  • hey:) in the UK Minx only cost £30 or less!:) i have never had them on my fingernails, but i get them done on my toes! and i love them!:) xxxxx <3

  • I Usually Hate Watching Long Videos But You Made Me Actually Want To Watch it :)

  • I love these! But, I have been trying to get them off and I can't. They are like stuck to my nails. So, how do you get them off?

  • @JessicaNoelleRoulo nail polish remover.

  • I wanted to share with you (in case you haven't figured it out yet) a little saving trick! I was doing a Bed Bath and Beyond run and stumbled into the makeup/drugstore type section. I'm not sure if all BB&B have this section, but mine does. The SH Salon Effects retail at only $7-8 here PLUS the 20% off coupon applies to it. I think I walked out paying $6-7 for it!!! Wanted to share with you and your followers :)) Love your posts!

  • This vid was very helpful :)

  • can you get Sally Hanson nail things in the uk ??

  • One thing I like to do with the Sally Hansen stickers are that I try to do all 10 nails with 1 pack. That way I can get 2 uses out of them. To do that I will try to split 2 strips in half to cover 4 nails. :)

  • love your earrings!! Are they from Alexis bittar? Also, in addition to doing skin care routine update, can you also include your body care routine? Body wash, exfoliator, body lotion etc? Thanks!

  • I like to pull on the gray area...it makes it a lot easier for me

  • It was because of this video that I boughtt them to try them....so easy!!

It looks like its going to be hard to do but so great! Love them!

  • minx is a rip lol three to five days absolute max...

  • Doesnt seche vite have chemicals that affect reproductivity?!?!?!?!?!?!

  • @poniesforlife where do people come up with these things

  • @BRITTIE94 it says on the back of the bottle...

  • where did u buy hem they are sooo nice

  • if you dont want to use all of them at once you dont have to..if you seal off the baggie it comes in they should be fine..i havent tried the saley hansen nail strips but i've used the incoco ones and ive kept mine sealed for a few months and they're still good :)

  • did my nails like this last night. i never thought i would like things like this, but i love my nails and i've already gotten so many compliments!

  • I love the lace ones!

  • I dont know why her "O's" sound like "A's"

    i simply hate it :@

  • can you use these on fake glue on nails?

  • If you want to remove it, do you remove it with nail polish remover?

  • I got a couple and the lady I got them from said when they dry out you can warm them up with a blow drier :) I hope this helped... and you can put them back in the foil and tape all of it up! I <3

  • Comment removed

  • when they dry you could always place them close to a hot lamp...it melts the polish a little bit and they are good to go :)

  • how about your thumb and pinkie? can you cut them?

  • @petpetti they come with super tiny nail stickers for your pinkies and bigger ones for your thumbs. no need to cut them!

  • Where did you get your earrings, they are so cute!

  • what if your nails are kind of small?

  • Wud it still work if u only used 1 on ur ring finger and jus kept the little plastic cover on the rest of them or wud they still dry out?

  • @XXJuicyMaria24XX no. the plastic covers dont do anything...once they are removed from the little cases is when they start to dry out.

  • @chirasutap i personally hate opis top coat it causes bubbles in my polish. 100% seche vite

  • What if you have short nails can you still file them off

  • @MissAvaMarie111 it would be a little more difficult..but you dont really need a file. you can run your other nails along the edge..they separate very easily!

  • I love the gold minx nails

  • What if you get an air bubble?

  • @TammyV123 minx gets air bubbles very easily but ive never had an issue with the SH ones

  • Very helpful video!

  • OH that's super cute:)

  • I have small nails.I dunno if these would fit but I wanna try them so bad cuz they're super cute!

  • Can you please tell me what is your accent? I love it :D

  • Check out Incoco online. Similar product only less expensive. They even have ones for just the toes.

  • What if the sticker doesn't fit around the based of your nail? if it's too large?

  • i love them! :) youre gorgeous by the way. my favs are the cheetah, the butterflies, flower power. :P

  • @sarasn0wflake my friend just put on the cheetah and i love it!!! def getting that one next :)

  • @emilyelise530

    ME TOO!!!!!

  • I read an heard that you shouldn't use nailpolish on your nails more than 3-4 days, and leave few days before you paint it again. I think it's true, take care of your nails also in this way.

  • You need to pin your hair back! Lol I found myself counting how many times You brushed your hair out of your eyes. But loved the tutorial. I love using these I just bought the nautical stripes and the bamboo stripes.

  • @starbuxjunki3 ahhh now it's all I'm noticing!! lol

  • almost 4 min intro! haha

  • i would love to see the top of your head. <3

  • didnt you get your birchbox ? i was waiting for your video :(

  • Love this!!

  • hi jenny! do you put nail polish thinner in your polishes to make them become like when u first buy them? (if that makes sense lol) i heard about the trick but idk if it works...

  • I think the Minx Nails patterns look way cuter then the Sally Hansen ones, but the Sally Hansen ones are way better. It's a rip off to pay for Minx nails for $60-$80 for nails that chip and get ruined easily.

  • BIRCHBOX?

    MAY?

    WHEN?

    AHH

  • omg i wish you would have made this video earlier mine dryed out..

  • I have a question, how do u get them off? Would u use nail remover bc u said its like nailpolish?

  • I bought the pink glitter ones and put them on over a week ago and love them! I found a way to make one package last for two nail applications...just open only one of the silver backed containers and there isn't quite enough for both hands but instead of opening the second package and wasting the extras try and be careful when you file off the nail edge bc both ends are rounded and the plastic is long enough to fit two nails so just apply the extras at the end to the remaining nails

  • Thanks for the tips :) and lovve the makeup in this video really brings out your eyes ! :D

  • Would these work with pretty short nails? Like, not to the fingertips? Because I really want to try these but I bite my nails and I hate painting my nails because it's hard but when I do it helps me not bite them and these are SO cute.

  • I wonder if you've ever gotten this before, but you look like Harper from Wizards of Waverly Place :) hahahah

  • I used one box on 4 different occasions & you're right, they do dry out however, you CAN still use them. The trick is to use a blow dryer to warm you nail beds as well as on the actual strip itself to make it "sticky" again. It worked for me, try it with your next box or if you have any old ones left. Hope this helps! <3, Rita

  • I have them but they are really pretty! Can u cheek out my channel

  • I ♥ these SO so much! They're incredible!

  • Thanks so much for this video. I've been thinking about trying this.

  • how would this work if you have shorter nails?

  • Thank you for uploading! I've been wondering about the sally hansen effects for a while now :)

  • Great video!

  • Mine haven't dried out! How long were yours out of the packet?

  • Jen, do you allow video responses! I just made a tutorial on using these too! Great minds think alike!

  • I love your earrings! Where did you get them?! Great video! :)

  • woow Jenn thanks so much for sharing all your tips with us!!

  • How many nail strips come in a box? Isn't it only for 10 fingers in a box?

  • i tried the Zebra print. And yes i made that mistake i opened them & i was in a rush so i threw them in my purse. 2hrs later I wanted to apply them and they wouldn't stick.I know!!!!!!! I tried the extra set and i've had them on for a WEEK with a topcoat. i have also tried the MINX and they did not last as long.

  • setch veet :D sorry but you english/american peole can't speek french :D

    it's pronounched "sesh wit" ;)

  • @PixyInPanic get over yourself. We are in AMERICA and AMERICANS pronounce it as it is spelled. I've only ever heard anyone pronounce it as Jen did. Live and let live.

  • @yobi8 i was just saying :D i'm not french either nobody's perfect ;) but learn how to handle critisism otherwise you won't get better at something. so stop hating and learn -.-

  • @PixyInPanic stop being overly critical and learn how to tolerate.

  • @PixyInPanic hey! well not everyone HAS to learn French in-order to use a a product that has a French name!..i'm sure that as long as Americans or English ppl are paying for it, Setch Veet ppl won't mind how it's pronounced =)

  • @PixyInPanic "Sesh wit"?? Where do you get the w from? It's "sesh VEET", it's a v there...not a w. Seche = "dry" and vite = "fast".

So it's pronounced like a VEE. Everyone has trouble pronouncing things, but if you're going to correct them, correct them properly hahaha

  • @IAintSettlin86 hahaha vee no theres an "e" after the t so you can hear it.... but you're right it's acctually with v... but you people i was just trying to help her..my gosh stop making such a drama :D

  • Do you remove them just like normal nail polish? (:

  • @BelindaBuzz Yeah! All you need is nail polish remover and a cotton ball! I love them!!

  • I have the gold sparkly ones, the neon pink ones, and the lace ones. I've been using then for a couple months now and I love them! I really hope my gold ones aren't dried out though since I only put them on my ring fingers :(

  • I love these and use them all the time. However, I find it easier to pull off the whole tab, silver part and all and then apply. When you lift the tab, peel the sticker back until most of it is separated from the paper, and with a slight tug, the silver tab will break off at a serrated point Sally Hansen has built in. You don't need to scratch at the sticker like you did in your video, they've got the tab there to make it easy on you!

  • @juliearnt hmmm that sounds interesting... wish I could see this done on video (a bit hard to follow in text because I haven't used them before, so I am not familiar!) I feel like you're right -- there must be a slightly easier way to do these, because though Jen makes the file method look easy, I feel like a laywoman might not find that so simple haha.

  • those were the ones i wanted!! so cute

  • great video! this helped a lot! :D

  • OMG! I believe I was one of your first couple of hundred subbies, and I just have to congratulate you, Jenny, on how far you've come on YouTube! I'm SO proud of you (okay, that sounds cheesy, but it's true)!! <3

I love how creative your videos are and I love how much work you put into each and every video! =)

And I actually JUST bought the Girl Flower nail strips a couple of days ago, but I have yet to try them out! I can't wait to wear them though!

    <3 <3

  • How funny you posted this w/the eact Sally Hanson nail stickers I just bought today :) can't wait to use them! Did you have to do a base coat of anything?

  • they're so pretty! i covet them

  • sooo cute! i want!

  • they have pink cheetah ones that are so so soooo cute. you need to try those ones!

  • I'm glad you made this because I've been so curious about these! <3

  • Love it! I've been wanting to try these!

  • I want to get the flower pattern one!

  • Is it not a waste to try and use one sticker for more than one nail? Could you not use one sticker for pinky nails? I think the price needs to come down before I try them, they look nice but a bit wasteful. Thanks for the tips on not opening until ready to use and applying a topcoat.

  • @karenwilson if your nails are short enough you can get away with cutting each strip in half, which will give you two applications per box. that's what i do, and my nails are about as long as jenny's.

  • I've been wondering about these. I think Nails Inc have some in a metallic range and an animal print range. Do you just remove the Sally ones using nail polish remover, do they come off easily? I like your videos but I think you should pin your hair back when filming, I'm yet to see a video where your not pushing your hair away. Have a nice weekend.

  • @exohHexoh Yeah it's true! It's not sold where I live for that exact reason

  • they are soooo cute!!!! ^_^

  • I love your earrings or at least what I can see of them haha :)

  • What kind of under eye concealer do you use? :)

  • i wanted to get some gold nails like the minx ones. they look so cool but eh, i guess not anymore and i never go to the nail salon. i like and enjoy doing my nails myself.

with the stickers do they have bigger ones and smaller ones for thumb nails and pinky nails or all they all one size ? because my thumb nails are so much bigger than the res of my fingers, especially my pinky.

how would you take it off your finger (on the side) if its too big ? just nail polish remover ?

    sry for so many Qs

  • I like the idea but it just seems like a big waste to me for something that expensive. I might do it for a special occasion but on a day to day basis, it's way too big a waste to splurge on. I love the patterns though! :)

  • Thank you so much for doing ths video. My friend had those nails on today and I want to go get them now! xo

  • What lashes do you wear? They are beautiful!

  • I tried this product once and when I bent the sticker over my nail it cracked like chips, it wasn't as flexible as it appears to be on this video. Weird, I wonder if I got bad one.

  • @jmeinrna yea that's how they get after a couple hours of removing them from their sealed package ..have to apply them right away and use a top coat

  • I tear my second part towards the silver part so you dont have to worry about breaking the actual polish part!!

  • i am so happy i know there is someone who is obsessed with nail polish just as i am! Its soo addicting and fun!! i love it!

  • Have you tried the Sephora OPI Nail Stickers? Same concept. They cost $15. They do not come wrapped up so they also feel like wall paper. I didnt put a top coat when I tried them but they only last like 2.5 days before they started peeling back.

  • How do you take them off? Nail polish remover? :)

  • @MsAction3 yep they just dissolve away like normal polish

  • @MissJenFABULOUS but beware of the sparkly ones! I had to soak my nails in remover before I could actually take them off with a cotton pad... it was bad! lol But they're so cute!

  • super helpful! thank you!

  • maybe you can put the extra in a zip lock baggy? would that help if they don't dry out?also, if some people reading this are in france/europe.. I bought some similar to sally hansen effects in France. they didn't dry out because they were just in a paper packaging.. BUT they're different than mynx AND the sephora brand in USA.

  • .. I have like 3 different packages!..lol.. And I still haven't used them!.. Now this will be my weekend project!..hehe..xoxo.. And its been a longggg time since I've commented on 1 of your videos!..lol..

  • How do you take these off? With nail polish remover?

  • These are cute... but kinda ehh.. like what if the width of that sticker is too wide for your nail? Not everyone has the same fingernail width you know?

  • @amberfrost28 each set has a huge variety of sizes..there is also way more than 10 stickers to a pack to insure you can fit them to your nails. and if any of the sizes dont fit you can trim them easily with scissors

  • @amberfrost28 i bought some and they were way too big, i dont reccomend them if you have thin nails because they get all ripped up and nasty):

  • You remind me of Katy Perry lol

  • Aw, I found out that they dry out today when I tried using the left over flower ones I had from a previous manicure on my ring fingers :(

  • Just had the Butterfly ones on but didn't do a topcoat & wish I had! Mine chipped very quickly.

  • Are they VAILAIBLE AT SALLY'S?

  • Have you ever tried the Broadway nail strips? and if you have, how do they compare?

  • umm knowing myself. already right away i'd be saying S*** Sh** haha i'd make mistakes and it would be a waste of money for me. yeh good for special occasions only. they're so super cute though

  • im wearing the butterfly ones right now <3

  • They should make the stickers in a French manicure design! They're sooo hard to do on yourself with nail polish, a sticker would be amazing!

  • @IAintSettlin86 but they wouldnt know how long your nails are, so it probably wouldnt work

  • @Madizonz I saw a video review of the Incoco ones, and the nail part and white part are separate stickers so it does work for any shape or length of nail.

  • @IAintSettlin86 minx nails has a ton of french manicure designs, but like i said in the video they arent worth it. hopefully sally hansen comes out with more deigns soon!!!

  • @IAintSettlin86 Check Walgreens...they carry a Dry Nail Applique in FRENCH Manicure and I love them!!! Only about $5 or $6bucks...and they last a long time. They are called INCOCO. I purchased mine a while ago and stocked up...I hope they still carry them. They come in full nail colors, or white french pre~cut curved strips for nail tips. I can say they are the best French Manicure I have ever worn.

  • @shabbydeb Ahhhh we don't have Walgreens in Canada...but I'm going to see if we have something similar here (or I'll just get some on my next trip to the U.S.!) Thank you!!!!

  • @IAintSettlin86 They sell some at Walmart in Canada! I saw them there a few days ago! :)

  • @Somethingsweet143 Ahhh really?! I am going to check it out tomorrow! :D Thanks!

  • @IAintSettlin86 but everyone has different length (nail bed or finger nails), if they made it in sticker form, where would the white tip of the nail go?

  • @bifmy The Incoco ones have two separate stickers for nail and tip.

  • wat mascara do u hav on??

  • loveeeeeee it!

  • your awesome!!!!

  • @Nanavette I have, from honeyflower3

  • @Nanavette you're welcome <3

  • So do they dry out once you take them out of their package or once you peel the plastic off?

  • @MissPopularCulture watch honeyflower3's review

  • @MissPopularCulture once they are out of the sealed package. that little plastic you peel off doesn't protect them at all from drying out

  • OMG i wish I was as pretty as you. ps. i LOVE your reviewss :D keeep them coming!!!!

  • Love Your Hair :D

  • love this<333! thank you!
