Try the Taz cream instead of the gel on your face and in a lower percentage; I think there's .1 vs .05 or something like that. I used to have acne literally as bad as yours was in your foundation application video and NOTHING fixed it except for Tazorac... now my skin is literally 100% clear, and the Taz clears acne scars too over time. I've been using it for about 5 years. Also... you're gorgeous :)

I use Tazorac Cream and if I use a good moisturizer before I use it like Obagi, then I never get flaky. It doesn't really work for me, it gets rid of scars but nothing else. Glad to see your skin is better!

Tazorac does a great job of preventing papules, whiteheads, and blackheads. I'm also on Doryx, Aczone, and Benzaclin. I get the acne mentioned above, in addition to nodules and cysts. Prior to these medications, I would get multiple breakouts a week, and it sucked! The scarring was terrible, and I was so self conscious. The doxycycline prevents most flares, and if not the Aczone and Benzaclin will mostly clear it up. I'm currently using PCA Skin pHaze 13 pigment gel to handle hyper pigmentation.

I have dark skin, so I hyperpigment like crazy. I've used atralin (retin-a cream). It's weaker than tazorac but it really peels my dark spots right off. I am upgrading to tazorac tomorrow!

I think you're right about the eye thing being Milia. It can be caused by product so maybe you have changed your make up? I haven't looked into it myself but I heard that MAC make up is loaded with fillers that aren't good for the skin!

Ooh ooh I know what the thing on your eye is...(I think) I think its called a stye. A stye is an infection that causes a lump on the eyelid. Most styes occur along the edge of the eyelid. You shouldn't have to worry about it because it should 'drain' by itself. Doctors advise to not wear makeup but its not hurting it if you do. Just apply a warm compress to it 3-6 times a day to speed up the drainage process.

I usually just grab a scrub wash and go over my milia haha and it went away but I ended up getting a new one. =P But it worked overall.

@MsJenayaFitness It's not great for everyone - if you have thin skin (which she may have, since the Torzac cream dries her skin out easily), microdermabrasion may do more harm than good: it may take away the protective layer of the skin so bacteria may easier get into it. Microdermabrasion is something you shouldn't do on leisured skin - only if you have no active break-outs, only scarring.

The white thing on your eye looks like a milia seed. It's nothing bad, your dermatologist can easily open it up and free it with a sterilized needle. If it weren't on your eye, you could just as easily do it yourself, but considering where it's positioned I wouldn't advise that.

I actually had that on my eye before it is just a sty in progress. I had it for a while before it actually got puffy/pink. The puffy/pinkness only stayed for maybe 1 or 2 days. Don't worry about it. I just put pink eye shadow on my other eye so it looks like I planned it.

Do you eat fish? well, I don't so I take omega 3, 6, 9 supplements, and they balanced my hormones, I stopped for 2 months and acne got back and they are really painful leaving scars. So I'm back to those supplements.

Anyhow, that doesn't mean this will work for everyone, ppl react differently

Just wanted to let you know that there is a Tazorac cream, I use it and can tolerate it much more than the gel. I can use that every other day! Also, I have similar skin to yours and have found that Sulfates really break me out. They are the bubble agents in cleansers/shampoos and they are extremely pore-clogging and irritating to sensitive skin. Once I stopped using any cleansers/shampoos without them, I cleared up tremendously, also its better for your hair as well!!!

im currently on accutane, and i had that same problem since then ive found my holy grail product called theraplex - emollient which is recommended for eczema i slather my face in it every night (did NOT break me out!) and i wake up without the flakes, highly recommend it if youre looking for something to take away the flakes

I had 2 of those white spot things on my eyelids (both eyes) for about 5 yrs. They weren't really noticeable, they were just there. I had 1 close to my eyelashes, and like a month ago, I was pinching my eyelashes to remove any loose ones (surely you guys do this..?) and I felt a funny pinch, and the spot had just disappeared, and it's still completely gone. So I think they are things you can 'pop' or something, but I don't know if I'd advise it. I am NO expert x your skin is looking great btw :)

you're right it is a milia on your eyelid. unfortunately you can't do much about them, besides exfoliation and having it extracted by an esthetician..which basically what you do is cut the top layer to get it out. but since its on your eyelid i wouldnt mess with it. i had one and it eventually went away.

Babe! Please try benzoyl peroxide. use 2.5% gel or cream and put it all over your face, avoiding eye & lip areas. put a lot of it. 5 times the amount you used at 04:55. after you work it in your skin for at least 5mins, let it dry. When the gel/cream dries, put your favorite moisturizer on top of it. It works wonders. Accutane did not work for me (it did for a year, the 2 times I went on treatment) but this works!! i do this 5 times a week and my skin is so clear!!!:D

the thing on your eyelid is a stye. It will go away within a few days to a week. as far as your acne i notice a HUGE difference from the last time you posted a pic/video of your face without makeup. The reason your skin is flaking on the face is because on your face you only have 5 layers of the skin, but on your body it is 7 layers. Try mixing the gel with a dollop of moisturizer so you can use it daily =)

I don't know what's on your eyelid. It definitelly doesn't look like acne or white heads. DON'T pick at them because your eyelids are a bit more soft and sensitive than your face, and you don't want an infection on/in your eyelid anyway due to picking...I'd say ask your dermatologist or do your own research.

i'm using Retina micro and my derm. told me to mix a pea sized amount of the retina with about the same size amount of moisturizer. that is the way i can get around the flaking. if i don't mix it with my moisturizer my skin will be SUPER dry! try mixing it with your moisturizer :) hope it works!

I only know that it MIGHT and COULD be one because this girl at my work had one but hers was like 10 times worse and shes had it for a VERY long time and goes through a lot of bad shit with it :(

the thing on your eyelid won't go away unless you pick it. i had one and it would not go away. it was there for literally a year. i used a sterilized needle to remove mine and then cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide once i got everything out. that's honestly the best way to get rid of it!

the thingy on your eye is pretty normal and common ^^ you can get rid of those by taking a clean needle and poking through those at one side, then you have a small little 'wound' afterwards but you can easily take the white little bump out :) it sounds really freaky with needles and stuff but it doesn't really hurt ^^
