@demmylowther I used to be in your position, you don't have a problem...try meditation...it really helps...the problem if any, is in the mind. Meditation slows the mind down and allow you to focus and keep emotions and thoughts calm. Take time and be patient...try it. I used to go to an herbalist who for years was getting people off the drugs. He said the only way they were able to get off the drugs was by mediation. You look at countries that adopted meditation such as in Asia...

He would go out in the streets of Bangkok with only his underwear on and take bowls of noodles and throw them over his head and such other things. His family took him to a Buddhist temple and he became a monk for 1-2 months with meditation. And became completely normal. He never took any medication...Peace

Relax, people...many authors don't make a lot from their books. This guy obviously had to wait to tell the story due to legal ramifications. I would rather have him tell the truth than to be silent. Better late than never.

This book will not afford us any NEW information. This is at the end of a long list of similar books.
Pardon me for not having sympathy for someone who profitted from 35 YEARS in the business is now writing about. Remember, HE has already profited from the industry's exploits and now is trying to profit by telling this story...When I know the book sales are going the advocate system change, I will buy it.
