  • Is it to much to handle? I was looking to get a bike but don't want to spend money starting on a 250.

  • There's nothing wrong with an R6 as a first bike. God my first bike after passing just after the 2 part test was introduced, was a BMW R1100RT. I started big..... and heavy. Lol

  • is this ur first time learning clutch and gears to ?

  • @dreammoney101 yes it is but once u get the biting point and get used to it is easy, I dont race or ride it like mad :)

  • rippp ittt , this hurts to watch haha )))

  • hey, answer please- where did you buy the insurance?

  • @blu4able360 MCE, I payed about 800 a year and I was 23 then, the second year was about 400 ish

  • how do u ride now?

  • @NguyenEmpir3 faster than before but I take it easy when is traffic or when im not alone on the roads like in a motorway, riding it is fun is a fast bike and does what you make it do.

  • Love the suit!

  • Wish my dad would buy me one =/

  • @Patron1520 Get a job and buy it yourself mate. If you're not responsible enough to own a bike with your own cash, you shouldn't own one.

  • @DonZaloog88 I have always bought everything with my own money.. Mustang and saving now for a decent bike for next riding season. How much did the r6 run ya?

  • @Patron1520 Bought one from Europe (while I lived in Greece) for roughly 2,800 Euros.

Not quite sure what it translates to in dollars; roughly $3800 I believe. It wasn't an R6 though. :) It was an old SV650s (with fairings)

  • @Patron1520 I payed a lot for it, 3500 and it had 11000 miles on the clock when in internet you find them for like 2000 quid buying privately. The insurance was with MCE and was about 800 the first year fire and theft, and the road tax is only 50 quid a year :)

  • slow down. dont wanna get hurt

  • 600cc is a lot for a first bike... but of course hes going slow and learning the right way... but still this bike is from like 99/03 so it must be like 3-4k from what i know..still a lot of power for a first bike and the year... depending on the kms..and condition guy he bought it from kept it in..but then those -03 bikes get that 2nd/6th gear problem and i think being a new rider on one would make that kick in..so mabye its not the best first bike.. lol i just go onnnnnnn

  • i feel sorry for the R6. it doesn't deserve to be ridden by a noob...it belongs on the track, with me :)

  • @austyn16 i know it was getting too worm lol is not ment to go that slow, i go faster now the bike is great for a first bike i think if u ride it with care :) the mileage is building up slowly when is too high i will use it as a track bike and have fun and push it to the limit :)

  • @austyn16 remmber- you were a noob too! :)

  • how is the bike now a year later? Oddly this seems to be the last video you've posted....hope you're OK.

  • @danmu i am ok and the bike too, i couldnt log in my youtube account for a long time but i will post another video in the future :)

  • r6 for first bike? well you must be sleeping in money. anyway good luck

  • @aSlightComa lol are you 17 or something? R6's aren't even that much new, let alone a older model like this dude is using. And if you've got a brain engine size isn't revelent at all

  • if you turn up to your mod 1 or mod 2 with this bike as in 33BHP Do they allow it on just a CBT Licence?

  • @Dez91Productions it wont make the u turn properly coz it doesnt turn much when is in full lock, i did try to practice and sum things where too hard, i did my module 1 and 2 with a yamaha diversion 600cc, is a commuter and it does turn a lot more, i dont think they will let u do the test on a r6 with 33bhp but if they did it will be just for a restricted lisence.

  • Lol you certainly are all decked out for a first ride! Great bike bro. Be safe

  • @addictofly How tall are you?

  • @civic773 im 167 cms, 5''4, im a shortarse lol but i have no trouble by riding or holding the bike at all.
