Thank you very much for this!! I'm learning much with your lessons. Thanks, now I can play the difficult Mark's solos. You're an amazing guitarist. Congratulations.
Hi Ingo, do you think you could play the whole track none stop without licks; Then again playing the licks super imposed none stop say on an additional track. This would be an excellent tuition for down to the Waterline. Example those people with some experience from your previous lessons can jam along. I,ve alway,s admired your teaching method and dare say so would Mark if he were to view it.
i would love to see a video on your finger strumming technique, further to the "spanish style" video you posted - full strum and strum "out-of'the-claw"
is he really using his thumb one those chicken picking parts... i thought he slapt it back with his index fingers... but i can be wrong.. but it does sounds very good anyway! great lesson, thnx
Do you have any insight on how you do that awesome strumming? The little set of three strums you do with your fingers sounds perfect, but I've no clue how to do it!
Just a quick thankyou Kindley for your patience. nice work, your instruction is impecable, love the track Down to the Waterline you,ve set it out very well. Keep it up and Thankyou Ingo for all your trouble and effort.
hi ingo, can u pls show me how u use your right hand during the chicken picking from 5:43 till 6:00? I cannot make out what your right fingers r doing.
thanks for posting this video, i am playing normally fingerpickingstyle guitar, but also now try a little bit the mk style, this song is since the 80ies one of my all time favourites 5 *****
Excellent lesson Ingo, thank you very much.

Amazing lesson Ingo.
It is more than helpfull.
But the chicken picking drives me crazy.
is there a chance that you can explain that in a single vid ? That would be realy great.
Take care and greetz from germany.
marccologne 2 years ago
Ingo, some time in the future you have to do a lesson/video on the "Knopfler Strumming" technique. The strumming just sounds incredible.
