i really am rare (not to brag) and ill give some advice. wear the oldest party hat you have (in my case the 1st) and obviously your oldest pin (in my case the lantern aka the sixth pin ever) most backgrounds come out again so its hard to get a rare one. but one is the old Band background that doesnt have all members of the bands' signatures it just says "-The Band" in the corner
