  • @mariacuto....basically it's a compund in wheat and other grain (barley, rye)...it's the "glue" in those grains, which later in flour for example gives elasticity to dough/porridge etc...some ppl are gluten sensitive and cannot tolerate gluten..they get major health problems..

  • Strange Halwa. We usualy cook one which is so dense, hard and dry. U can also put some walnuts in it. Never seen such a smooth Halwa before.
