@AllrounderNo1 there are black skinned libyans... libya, as you might know is in africa, so other africans can come and stay for awhile and join the army if they want. look carefully in some of the rebel videos they have many black skinned fighters... so, its no sense and useless saying gadaffi has soldiers from other countries. you can libyan army, if you black or not, just like British army and usa....
