  • Whenever I hear this tune, I just can't keep from singing 'I'm bringing home my baby bumblebee' softly along with it. :D

  • Thanks, so much.

  • wow..very well done! and what a BEAUTIFUL UKULELE!

  • That was Luxemburgish: It say's too good. I like that when my ear rests near the music, because the melodie is taking me with. Not ass others may say, you can play very well, but there was some other music that didn't please me so well. (+/-) good. :o)

  • Thank you. I appreciate it. KEN.

  • ze vill gudd. Do pescht d'ouer un der Melodie wei den Superjemp um Land. Den Ken daat ass een den kann, net wei aanerer soen.

  • Thank you Russ. KEN.

  • Thanks Kim.

  • Hurray! A new one, not that I was tired of the others. Just wondering where you were. Great !

  • Thanks. I'm still here. I was working really hard this week and didn't get chance to do a new video. KEN.

  • I hit the 5 stars button by mistake before the video had even started. I needn't have worried, though. In fact, I might do that at the beginning of all your videos from now on to save time!

A really good tune and one I'm not familiar with and, of course, a superb arrangement.

  • That's funny. Thank you Tony, I appreciate it. Give this arrangement a try, it is a terrific bluegrass standard. It's one I never got round to doing on the guitar though. I am quite pleased with the way it turned out.

    KEN

  • Beautiful colors in this video, too. You sure know how to make videos!

  • It is filmed in our dining room. KEN.

  • I always liked this song, it sounds great on the uke!

  • Thanks, I like it too. KEN.

  • That uke sounds like a dream. Great playing too of course.

  • It is a great-sounding uke. I now record using a Zoom H2. I use Audacity and add EQ, reverb, compression and then normalize. It makes all my ukes sound good.

    KEN

  • Aha! So you are cheating?!

  • Yes, but I still have to play the notes. KEN.

  • And your doing it damn well too!

  • I LOVE your arrangment! This is my favorite of your traditionals so far.

Great editing too. I appreciate the close-ups. What uke is this one?

  • Thanks very much, Alan. This is my Kanile'a tenor. I have been wanting to do this tune for a while.

    KEN
