Fantastic band with horns, keyboards, sax solo and great backing singers but the drums and bass make it. They are so on the groove with no over playing. I could listen to bass drum, bass guitar and snare working together on this song all day long.

@popsarranz Unfortunately Reese is suffering from parkinsons disease,however he does sometimes make appearances,though they are rare. Recently EW&F was honored,& Reese was on the stage with the band he founded. Also none other than the greatest singer/songwriter,multi-instrumentalist,producer,arranger (Stevie Wonder) joined them! Shelia nE was also there,& it was an all out jam sessions,it's on youtube I believe.
Take it from a white guy, (with at least one black bone in his body), this is the best music will ever be. There are many of these guys back from 50- 70's. Plus Luther, and a few others. No one will ever make music this good again. Thanks Brothers.

Earth wind and fire was one of the Straightest Bands of the & 70's.That's one of the reasons Maurice broke up the band in the 80's so that they could be with their families.
@shellshockkd12 Hahahaha! It's so good to see somebody who know a bit about EWF. They were straight and the most common factor was music and family. So you didn't get these drug problems and ego trips and things that break up other groups. Maurice saw that they had spent most of their career on the road and it was causing a lot of stress on the group and their families. so he did disband the group for a couple of years and redefined the group yet again once they got back together.
