I agree I saw them play on the culture show and it was awful. I personally think he just said the song and didnt sing. And he tried to make it sound inde like which didnt work and failed badly. So i totaly 100% Agree with you.

I watched the original broadcast because I heard great things about the guy which were not born out by the performance. So I checked him out elsewhere and found nothing to justify the current hype surrounding him.
If no one draws attention to a poor performance by an artist then we can end up with another wasted talent - think Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Madonna and Elton John.
I'm sure they are all surrounded by people who tell them they are doing just fine.

I'm sure the music press think they are gracing us mightly with their insight - they really rate this guy so they must be hearing something I'm not.

It was his own version of the song anyway, it wasn't supposed to sound like Michael Jackson's altogether. Give it a break.
The guy/girl who uploaded this video in the first place put it up for fans to watch, if you're not one watch something else like Elton John :]
